They groom and habituate parents and other adults as well as the children. They touch (rough housing) in front of adults so kids think adults approve of sexual touch that happens later in secret. They ingrain themselves into families or other system too quick and this a red flag. However “manners” of others keep people from confronting them. Parents go to school authorities instead of police. Schools don't want the "mess" of an investigation and instead make the offender resign. The offender then goes to another school system and starts over. Their is no criminal record. This means when a new set of parents become concerned the new school system can point to the lack of criminal record as a reason not to investigate. And it goes on and on.

This is a quick, interesting read that every parent should read in order to protect their child. i believe most people would be surprised by what they find. It's spooky stuff and extremely useful information.
