I loved this book. It is a great second chance romance.
Rhett couldn't wait to escape from his childhood home, there was nothing but bad memories there, the only thing that could have made him stay was Cecily, his best friend's younger sister. She insisted he go to the college he chose, telling him he was bound for great thing. He built a company, made lots of money and became known as one of the most eligible bachelor's there ever was.
Cecily remembers how she followed her brother and his friend Rhett around all the time. At some point she gets interested in Rhett and her overprotective brother does everything to keep them apart. They still got to experience innocent love early in life. Now Cecily writes articles for a gossip magazine but want to write for a more serious magazine. Her boss tells her that Rhett is giving the magazine an in-depth interview exclusive and she will be the one to interview him. She is told that she will get promoted for the more serious magazine the company publishes if she does the interview.
You have to read to find out, will childhood love bloomer is it just a chance to burn the lust out? Will Cecily comprise herself to get the promotion? Will she write something for gossip or will she write something heartbreaking?

12 years ago Rhett did the hardest thing he'd ever done - leave the girl he loved to start a new life at Stanford University.
Cecily knew Rhett had done the right thing moving away but she always thought he'd come back for her one day but he never did.
12 years later Rhett and Cecily are thrown together under unusual circumstances. Cecily writes for a gossip magazine and her boss has secured her a series of interviews with Rhett, who is now a billionaire businessman and notorious playboy.
When they come face to face again all those feelings and emotions come flooding back. What follows is a rollercoaster ride of passion, excitement and betrayal.
Can they really have a second chance at love? Or will Rhett's past and Cecily's intentions stand in their way.....
Another fantastic read from Ellen Lane. Rush has everything you could want. It's action packed and well paced. The characters are well developed and easy to fall in love with. And the sex scenes will definitely leave you a little hot under the collar.

Cece has known Rhett her whole life but after he turned 18 he left her even though they both loved one another he went to build a new future and a better life from all the pain and misery he had growing up. Now many years later he has found her and brought them together but will she end up betraying his trust?

A second chance story when It's the best.
Rhett and Cece's way back to each other felt true. There is a billionaire - I know, but the interaction and want between them felt very good.
