Very interesting overview of the movement, in it's various iterations.
Monet and Renoir are especially compelling. Sone interesting works by Manet, Morisot, and Cezanne as well. The other usual suspects, such as Degas, Van Gogh, Gauguin, and others appear as well.
Would be five stars if the book was a larger size, allowing for bigger prints, and if there was improved narrative tying to the actual prints shown. A bit confusing in that narrative often names a painting in English, but the photo captions are in French.
