Stan Lee (born Stanley Martin Lieber) was an American writer, editor, creator of comic book superheroes, and the former president and chairman of Marvel Comics.
With several artist co-creators, most notably Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, he co-created Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Thor as a superhero, the X-Men, Iron Man, the Hulk, Daredevil, the Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Scarlet Witch, The Inhumans, and many other characters, introducing complex, naturalistic characters and a thoroughly shared universe into superhero comic books. He subsequently led the expansion of Marvel Comics from a small division of a publishing house to a large multimedia corporation.
Very early Spidey (S) crossover - nice fight! S and the Wasp (W) seem to have it in for each other; it is kind of a funny side fight that seems to be based on their personas (spider and wasp). In my opinion this is a very good early 'ranking' of S power; he is pretty much able to run rings around Giant-Man (GM) and W. GM never seems (in my opinion) to be able to live this encounter down.
Spider-Man and Giant man are tricked into fighting each other. The wasp goes on an adventure by herself. Not a fan of how even female superheroes are still portrayed as damsels to be saved and not strong.
