Dit is niet de beste van Peyo's smurfenalbums. Het hoofdverhaal is schattig, maar niet meer dan dat en het tweede verhaal, 'smurfevallen' te kort om indruk te maken. Het album eindigt met tien gagpagina's over de liefde van de smurfen voor de vriendin. Het beste is die van de smurf die zijn liefde voor de smurfin in steen wil vastleggen.

alors qu’harry potter nous émerveille sur le pouvoir de la magie cet album nous rappelle les dangers de cette pratique si elle n’est pas parfaitement maîtrisée… c’est une véritable leçon que le grand schtroumpf donne aux petits magiciens de poudlard et on peut voir en Schtroumpf -jeune schtroumpf voulant absolument faire de la magie- un miroir de n’importe quel jeune un peu trop pressé de grandir

Besen! Besen! Seid's gewesen... Ganz so einfach ist die Magie halt doch nicht, wie sich der Schlumpf das gedacht hat. Eine nette, wenn auch sehr harmlose Interpretation der Zauberlehrlings-Geschichte.
Auch wenn die anderen beiden Geschichten kürzer sind, gefallen sie mir besser: Gargamel entwickelt Fallensteller-Ambitionen und fängt einen Schlumpf nach dem anderen mit wirklich ausgefuchsten Fallen ein. Und schließlich bekommen wir die Schlumpfine wieder mal zu Gesicht - diverse Einseiter sind hier zu einer Geschichte zusammengeklebt. Man kann sich vorstellen, wie ein Dorf voller frustrierter Junggesellen auf eine blonde Schönheit reagiert, die sich, ich will nicht sagen paarungsbereit, aber doch hochzeitsfreudig zeigt...
Liebe Geschichten mit viel Humor, denen die heutzutage so beliebte Düsternis komplett abgeht, und das ist auch gut so. Manchmal muss man auch sich einfach, wie die Schlümpfe, am Leben freuen können.

Geschichte 1: Der Zauberschlumpf
Ein Schlumpf möchte unbedingt von Papa Schlumpf zaubern lernen, doch Papa Schlumpf möchte es ihm nicht zeigen, weil er denkt, dass er zu jung dafür ist. Doch der kleine Schlumpf lässt sich nicht von seinem Plan abhalten. Daher beschließt er bei Gargamel eine Zauberformel zu klauen ohne jedoch zu wissen, was er damit zaubert. Der Zauber geht auch gehörig nach hinten los und Papa Schlumpf muss ihm helfen.
Geschichte 2: Schlumpffallen
Gargamel stellt viele einfallsreiche Fallen auf, sodass ein Schlumpf nach dem Anderen ihm in die Fallen läuft. Doch die Schlümpfe wären nicht die Schlümpfe, wenn sie nicht Papa Schlumpf hätten, der sie alle befreit.
Geschichte 3: Romeo(s) und Schlumpfine
Schlumpfine möchte heiraten und zieht somit die gesamte Aufmerksamkeit auf sich. Alle Schlümpfe versuchen sie von sich zu überzeugen. Doch Schlumpfine kann sich nicht entscheiden und so bleibt sie wie immer ohne Partner, dafür aber mit vielen Freunden.
Mir gefällt das Cover wieder richtig gut. Das Cover zeigt eine Szene aus der ersten Geschichte und spiegelt sehr schon Inhalt wieder. Die Geschichten haben mir auch wieder richtig gut gefallen. Sie greifen immer ein bestimmtes Thema auf und behandeln es mit einer guten Portion Schlumpf und Humor. Ich finde es auch schön, dass Schlumpfine wieder einen Auftritt in der Geschichte hat. Ich hatte mich schon gewundert, warum sie nicht mehr vorkommt. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf den nächsten Band und hoffe, dass sie auch wieder dabei sein wird.

W albumie Smerf Czarnoksiężnik znajdują się trzy historie. Pierwsza z nich, zajmująca najwięcej stron, skupia się na pewnym smerfie, który pragnął zostać czarnoksiężnikiem. Papa Smerf nie chciał jednak nauczyć swojego podopiecznego tajników magii, uważając go jeszcze za zbyt młodego i porywczego. W takiej sytuacji bohater postanowił znaleźć inne źródło wiedzy. Miały być nim zaklęcia wykradzione z domu Gargamela. Nie trzeba chyba dodawać, że plan ten napotkał na wiele różnych niebezpiecznych przeciwności losu, które mogły doprowadzić do tragedii. Drugi z rozdziałów (Pułapki na smerfy) to bardziej klasyczna opowieść z Gargamelem w rolach głównych. Czarodziej dzięki swoim wymyślnym pomysłom zdołał złapać wiele Smerfów, które teraz musi uratować nikt inny jak Papa Smerf. Na sam koniec na czytelnika czeka historia Zakochani w Smerfetce, w której to jedyna dama w wiosce poszukuje partnera, na to stanowisko oczywiście jest wielu chętnych.
Opisane powyżej rozdziały w dużym uproszczeniu można podzielić na trzy typy historii. Pierwsza to typowa dla serii przygoda z przesłaniem, z której młody czytelnik wynosi lekcję, że duża wiedza to również duża odpowiedzialność, na którą nie każdy jest gotowy. Dalej mamy do czynienia z opowieścią stawiającą przede wszystkim na wartką „smerfną” akcję. Całość zakończona zaś jest mocno humorystyczną opowieścią, którą zależnie od wieku czytelnika można zupełnie inaczej postrzegać.

This is the last of my Smurf Mini Storybooks. Here we meet Little Smurf, who by appearance is no smaller than any other smurf, a shame. He wants to be Papa Snurf’s Apprentice, but Papa Smurf says he’s too young. So Little goes and steals a page from Gargamel’s spellbook. Despite not knowing what the spell does, he uses it and turns himself green and scaly with a long tail. Papa can’t cure him, so he decides to go back to Gargamel’s, leaving a note helpfully signed, “Love, Smurf.” Which brings us to a thoughtful discussion on smurf identity. Apart from Papa Smurf, who is addressed as such, do smurfs not have names forcing them to pursue a distinguishing trait to be told apart? Or can smurfs tell each other apart without the need of names. Are they more evolved than humans? Or less so? Do they have no need of individual identity? Hmm....
I actually rather felt sorry for Gargamel in this one. Not only does a smurf break in and rip a page from one of his books for selfish reasons, when he comes back to rip out another and Gargamel tries to catch him, he is beset by smurfs who trip him, throw glue on him, and tie him up. Then they proceed to use his supplies to cure Little Smurf. Perhaps Gargamel isn’t truly the villain. Perhaps he has cause to hate smurfs. Seems this should be a book club read. Much to discuss.

Questo volume si compone di tre storie brevi dei Puffi. Per questo si tratta di trame poco sviluppate anche se simpatiche.
Nella prima, un puffo si mette in testa di diventare apprendista di Grande Puffo. Purtroppo ruba una pagina del grimorio di Gargamella e si mette a preparare una pozione, senza sapere bene di cosa si tratta. Mi piace parecchio il risultato della pozione ma la storia è un po' senza mordente.
La seconda sembra più un divertissement che una storia, con Garghi che dimostra di non essere decisamente il più sveglio tra i maghi. E subisce la stessa sorte che ha fatto subire ai Puffi.
La terza è un po' confusa. Forse dipende anche dal fatto che la Puffetta non riesco a farmela piacere. È troppo frivola!! Che poi tutti i Puffi maschi le vadano dietro... Quello è un altro discorso.
Chissà la prossima settimana cosa verrà pubblicato?!

Di cerita pertama, saking inginnya bisa belajar ramuan ajaib, salah satu smurf merobek selembar kertas dari buku ramuan milik Gargamel dan berusaha membuat ramuan berdasarkan tulisan di lembaran itu. Apa yang terjadi? Cerita kedua, Gargamel berhasil menangkap para smurf dengan menggunakan perangkap-perangkapnya. Apakah para smurf bisa lolos dari cengkeraman Gargamel yang jahat? Cerita ketiga, tikus tanah yang buta membuat lubang di desa para smurf dan lubang itu menuju ke depan pintu rumah Gargamel, padahal Papa Smurf dan dua smurf lainnya sedang mengikuti tikus itu.

I have a 1977 hardback reprint in French from Dupuis (originally published in 1971) which has languished for a couple of decades in the attic. Cute kid’s book with two simple adventures and a few one page jokes. Interesting to see how Peyo trained up his students by entrusting to them backgrounds, secondary characters, and sometimes whole pages. All of them are in a slightly different style. I have read this many times and hence it should be a four stars, but I am very unlikely to read it again after clearing the attic.

I loved reading it in French (it is also available in English) as an adult. It reminded me of all the books and TV cartoons I used to enjoy as a kid. Very easy to read. I would recommend it either for children or for an adult who wants an easy and relaxing read.

Three short Smurfs stories in this book - The Smurf Apprentice, Smurf Traps and The Smurfs and The Mole. I found these shorter stories more enjoyable to read.

Normal, pas spécial.
Gargamel est défait très simple dans le deuxième histoire. Le premier est le plus longue, une histoire pour l'apprenti Schtroumpf mais pas excité.

a smurf wants to learn magic and trys to steal papa smurf's magic book, failing. He then steals a potion recipe from gargamel's magic book. what the potion does is written on an other page which he does not have. He trys to get other smurfs to test the potion but ends up testing it on himself. The potion turns him into a green lizard. he returns to gargamel's lab to get the antidote and gets captured. Papa smurf and the other smurfs go and save him from gargamel and then cure him with the antidote.
I like this story because the smurf was determined to learn magic and continued after many fails. This shows his passion for magic and in the end decides to work his magic in the kicken.

Les schtroumpfs (the smurfs) are great characters. Peyo makes great comic books. Grand Schtroumpf (Papa Smurf) Is my favorite character of the series. Tome 7 of Les Schtroumpfs is one of my favorite books of the whole series of Les Schtroumpfs and Les Schtroumpfs is one of my favorite comic books. It makes me think so much of The Sorcerer's Apprentice! I recommend this book to anyone who likes old cartoon TV shows like Bugs Bunny, The Flintstones, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Scooby Doo!,etc. WARNING!!!!!!!! This book is in french. If you are french, read it. If you are english, don't bother. Enjoy!:)

Dans cet album nous retrouvons un Schtroumpf qui décide de devenir alchimiste. Sauf que cela ne se fait pas sans mal et qu'il s'attire certains ennuis... Heureusement le village est là pour l'aider. Cette histoire est suivi par des gags assez drôles sur nos chers petits Schtroumpf. En bref un album qui est une nouvelle fois très réussi.

Clumsy smurf really wants the same magic as papa smurf has but goes about getting it in the wrong way. Luckily, all the smurf's are able to reverse clumsy's condition together.
