When a tea leaf reader, Rose, is performing readings at Sage Gardens, Samantha is too curious to resist and arranges a reading for her and her three reluctant friends. But it is not smooth sailing when a reading goes horribly wrong.

Then things go from bad to worse when someone is murdered. The ‘Sage Gardens Sleuths’ cannot resist a good mystery and they decide to see if they can put together the pieces of the puzzle and find the murderer. But their investigations lead them down a path they didn’t expect and they land up in hot water.

Did Rose predict the murder? Did something that Rose saw in the tea leaves cause this disaster? Or was it all an elaborate ruse that ended in murder?

This group of friends will make you want to be their next door neighbor and close friends. With their unique talents, when a tea leaf reader is found dead in one of the units of their condo complex, the group feel compelled to track down the killer. They follow each clue regardless of the consequences because they feel they owe it to each other, the murdered woman and Betty, the woman who had arranged the tea reading party. This is a great read.

Great story...

I enjoyed this story of adventure and suspense. The author has done a great job of telling her story mystery and romance. Ms Cindy Bell kept me guessing right up to the end. Good writing

Another hit

I love Sage Garden and want Samantha ,Eddy. Walt and Jo as my friends rather than just neighbours as they always have a history like on Murder She Wrote. Each new book has twists and turns and finally romance is in the air. Looking forward to the next instalment

This has to be one of my favorite books in the series. All four friends get involved in solving this mystery. It shows how much their friendship has grown. I'm hoping that the next book brings us some romance between the characters.

Fascinating plot and slightly more realistic than most of the previous books. Intrigue and mystery surrounding the characters being investigated. Quite enjoyed the twist of what the issue centrered on. Enjoyable.

Friendships save the day again!

This is such a good series. I like how Bell brings together such wonderful friendships amongst Jo, Samantha, Walt, and Eddy. Such a special thing. It’s just too bad Maryanne had to pass.
