I have to admit that this story surprised me a bit. I was hesitant to pick it up. I do not care for the name, it is a bit much for me honestly, but I am a fan of Ash Harlow, so I decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. Dr. Noah Osbourne is living a double life; an emergency doctor by day, Doctor O, medical romance author and master of the O-Zone, a sex fantasy chat room by night. That is the twist that explains the name. It started as a joke, but it became a huge success. It's a secret that he guards carefully because it could cost him his day job! Noah loves being a doctor, but it's a lonely life. No many women are willing to put up with his hours, so he keeps to hook-ups. His deepest emotional tie is with one of his chat room 'gasm girls' Zer-O. Noah has recently committed to a 3 month stint back in his home town at his mentor's shiny new medical center. He plans for it to be a time of decisions. Does he continue as a fast-paced ER Doctor or does he slow down to become a family practitioner. What he doesn't expect is Steffi, his mentor's daughter, his best friend's sister, a young woman with a secret.
Noah is that sexy, tattooed doctor we all fantasize about. Steffi is a gorgeous tomboy, sexy and sweet. She's had no luck with romance and it's shaken her confidence. Still she feels something when she's with Noah. His flirting, his innuendos, his blatant sex appeal all have her attention. He's more than attracted to her; she's a beautiful challenge, but she's also a complication. However, they work together, live on the same property, can he resist her? Does he even want to? And once she confides her 'problem', they never look back. Problem solved! These two are great together, steamy sex, lots of laugh, and plenty of sweet emotions. There are a few hiccups along the way; Cam (jerk), revealed secrets and hurt feelings, accidents, but it all works out to a HEA. Just what the Doctor ordered.

I thought this was cute. Noah led a life anonymously as Dr. O to fund his college debts, but he did not and could not let others know who he was or he could lose he could get in trouble. He goes back to his hometown to begin a new position, and is astonished when he sees Steff for the first time. Steff is all grown up and gorgeous, he knows he should stay away from her, she is his best friends little sister, and the daughter of the family that did so much for him. However they are attracted to each other, and Steff, has never had an O, and he is going to help her out, and they fall in love, however secrets come out..I wont tell you the rest, but it enjoyable. I hope we get to read a story with her friend, and maybe her brother.

Noah and Steffi are a cute couple when they finally get together. Noah has a worthwhile cause (it really is) even if he does it for selfish reasons. Steffi has no idea that whom she is talking to online is really Noah. So when life is finally coming together for them both, bad things start happening. This is a great book and a must-read. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

Doctor O Delivers
Noah Osbourne, hot ER doctor, returns to his homeland in Queenstown, New Zealand after completing his medical residence at a busy Dallas, Texas hospital. Prior to that he had been abandoned by his mother at a very young age and raised in a shack, on the wrong side of the mountain, by his drunken and abusive father. Noah came home to Queenstown with two purposes in mind. One was to help out the Paxton parents, by covering the father's medical practice for several months, while they took a much needed vacation. The other was to decide his own future; whether to remain in Queenstown to run the new medical center Cam was building and developing or do something else.
Noah Osbourne is also, unbeknown to others, Doctor O, a successful author of medical erotica and online creator and moderator of the private chat room known as The O-Zone. He had created this persona when trying to find a way to pay the bills while in medical school, and found writing erotica to be a successful and pleasurable method to accomplish this goal. Although it could be a dangerous one, professionally, if he was discovered.
Steffi Paxton, Cam's younger sister and manager of her father's medical practice, has grown up a lot since Noah left seven years earlier. She is no longer the tomboy who regularly shadowed Cam, Noah and their friends on their boyish adventures. Although still very athletic and active, she has developed into a very attractive woman. The only real downside in her life is her inability to have an orgasm. This frustration and the issues associated with it eventually caused her to avoid dating and relationships. She has sought support for this problem by regularly visiting the O-Zone and chatting anonymously as Zer-O with others in the chat room, especially Doctor O, whose erotica she reads and with whom she connects, in online flirts and chats.
Noah and Steffi immediately reconnect upon Noah's return, but there is now a strong mutual sexual attraction, in addition to their close friendship. Both realize that they shouldn't act on these feelings as it would create a backlash within Steffi's family, especially with Cam. Also, Steffi is slated to become the new medical center manager and if Noah takes the chief medical position there, they would both be bound by a no fraternization clause in their contracts.
This book was quite enjoyable and another check mark on the "definitely read" checklist. The only downside was that I was slightly disappointed there wasn't more in the development of several of the characters and pieces of the story. I must admit, though, that I may have been spoiled by having just read this author's interrelated three book 'series' which took place in Waitapu, New Zealand (of which the bonus book, Crave, included with Doctor O, is one). That probably required more such development in order to move from one book to the next, and I may be consolidating my opinion of all three of those books into one expectation from this one. Regardless, I found this book to be a truly good read and would certainly recommend it to others.

Ash Harlow is quite the magic story weaver anyway, but putting together, a sexy doctor with "bad boy" tendencies, a troubled heart - one who is moonlighting as a faceless doctor on an online community helping women find the tools they need to reach orgasmic bliss. #SwoonMaterial ( did you see the cover?)
Especially, when this Doctor, ( Noah ) goes back to his hometown, in Queenstown, New Zealand to help out his best friend Cam's parents- the ones who were instrumental in guiding him down the right path when his parental units were not. They need him to fill in at their private family practice for three months while they're on vacation.
This change is one Noah is looking forward to, after years in Emergency Medicine in Dallas, Texas, what he was not expecting was the change in Cam's sister Steffi.
When he left New Zealand, she had been a 16-year-old tomboy he affectionally called " Steve." Steffi was all grown up now..
The two of them have an undeniable connection. The sparks between them are like the grand finale of 4th of July Fireworks Celebration!
Being together seems to be an issue for everyone around them- but they cannot, and do not want to stay away from one another.
Will that bond, be enough when Noah tells Steffi everything?
I have so much love for this book! It's a panty melter! Hotness galore had me wanting more kind of read, BUT it was also a sweet, witty, aw, I want to hug them, romantic- beat the brother upside the head because he is frustrating me kind of perfectly paced tale.
I seriously just could not get enough!
I love that the fictional getaway I go on with every new Ash Harlow Book!
I look forward to my next mini vacation!

Dr.O the OZone group are my fans of my erotica books but in real life my name is Dr. Noah Osborne and I am a emergency room physician and erotic writer. My novels help me make enough money to finish medical school without debt. What the fans don't know that he is moving half way around the world to work for his mentor.
Steffi remembers Noah when she was a teenager. Her mom and dad were going on vacation and Noah came in to help with the practice. Also, he will be the new doctor of the New Medical Center. Meanwhile Steffi's friend Terra has been trying for to get her to date. When she sees Noah after this time she was amazed and so was he.
Things get heated up between Noah and Steffi but in a way they had to keep it somewhat of a secret. Steffi has not gone on OZone for awhile but when she did she told the group and Dr. O that she found someone and she couldn't be happier. Dr.O was glad for Zero-O that she found someone. But things seemed a little strange when he finds out that Steffi was Zero-0. He tries to figure out how to tell her that he now knows that it was Steffi. Meanwhile Steffi's brother Cam is telling Noah not to go near his sister and gives him a hard time about the Medical Center.
Noah and Steffi have been really having hot sex and Noah knows he has to tell Steffi about O-Zone and his erotic novels. When he tells Steffi about him owning O-Zone and knowing she was Zero-O. Ash Harlow is a go-to author because she consistently creates characters you fall in love with, fun and engaging stories and incredible scene setting. Doctor O delivers, in more ways than one.
Noah (Dr O) is smart, sexy and sweet. He's just returned home to New Zealand after being an ER doctor in the U for a while.. He has achieved his dreams, against all odds, considering his very difficult childhood. His childhood best friend's little sister, Steffi, has grown up while Dr O was working in the US. The attraction between them is immediate and strong. But things aren't simple and there are both professional and personal reasons causing them to fight the pull toward each other. To complicate matters even more, Noah hasn't shared his secret with Steffi. How will she feel about Noah's erotica books or that he runs a risqué chat room?
Steffi is a smart, sassy, independent, level headed woman. The kind of girl I would be great friends with. She hasn't had the best luck in the bedroom and the O has eluded her. How could Dr O not help her out?
The backdrop is the beautiful, wild countryside and trails of New Zealand. The author has a real gift for describing the setting so that you can really imagine its beauty. She also writes amazing characters as well as unique and interesting plots. This is a sweet, sexy, easy read. It's not deeply emotional but I was still really invested in Noah and Steffi. I found myself smiling a lot. I really enjoyed this book!

I absolutely loved this story. I was giggling before I finished the first chapter, and then I was hooked. The scene is perfectly set in Queenstown, New Zealand. Noah, the former local bad boy, returns home after seven years working as an ER doc in Dallas. He is met by his best friend's sister, Steffi, who has grown into a stunning, athletic woman. These characters lead full, rich lives, and both are carrying secrets. There is a lot happening in this book so it feels quite exciting but the best parts occur when Noah and Steffi are just hanging out together. You are on the journey with them when they reminisce about their youthful pasts, explore who each other is now, and feel them effortlessly fall in love. Queenstown can be bitterly cold, but these two complete their journey by finding warmth on Mount Isaiah. Ms Harlow's writing style flows beautifully, and her stories are hot and sexy with characters I’d love to befriend. I hope we get to revisit Queenstown again. There's a few people I’d like to catch up with.

This an absolutely wonderful love this story. The story takes place in New Zealand. Dr Noah "O" was an ER doctor in Dallas for 7 years and returns home to New Zealand. When he sees who picks him up from the airport he is hit with a beautiful woman, Steffi his best friends little sister! Growing up where they did they loved the outdoors and the actives of the area. Steffi comes from a wealthy family that has taken Noah under their care when he was younger and helped him become the man he is today! Once Noah and Steffi get comfortable with one another things go further then they thought they could but I enjoyed how they took it seriously and would not allow anyone to come between them. When they spend time together you can feel how their care and love for one another grows into something special. With Queenstown being as cold as it is it's wonderful to see how Noah takes his old home and turns it into a place full of warmth for them. Can Noah keep his secrets and if not will they ruin his chance of happiness with Steffi and get his dream job. I hope to read about more of the characters form this story! I voluntarily received an arc of this book.

Now this is how to write a romance! Noah and Steffi are written as real, authentic people. Sure Noah came from a troubled home life, but he didn't let it define him and he was so over it by the time he comes back to his home town to help his best friend's parents at their medical practice. I loved that the author showed him acting as maturely as we're to believe he is. Steffi was a great character, too - confident in most areas of her life, with a strong sense of self and love of life. Working and living together while he fills in for her vacationing parents, they get along beautifully and gradually allow their friendship to lead to more. The potential conflict of their coincidental online friendship is handled well, and the dramatic events at the end of the story was realistically done. The epilogue was joyous and satisfying. Ash Harlow is a master at writing believable characters with wonderfully deep emotional connections which only add to the steaminess of the love scenes. This is one of the best books I've read recently and I know I'll be reading it again. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

If you like the sweet and sexy romances of what is considered friends to lovers, then this one was done well by Ash Harlow. This is the first time I read a book by Ash Harlow, and I must say, it was awesome, and it will not be the last. The story was well written, and from the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with—or not. Dr. Noah Osbourne has it all—great career as an emergency physician, but at night after work, he has a secret that he is hiding—if someone found out—good bye Dr. O!! I loved the characters of Noah and Steffi. Dr. Noah Osbourne and Steffi are great characters, relatable and likeable that I was rooting for them the entire way. You can see that they're friends, with some sizzling chemistry that is off-the-charts hot!! If you like friends to lover’s story with unforgettable characters and a solid romance, don't miss this! The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next.

I love when Ash Harlow comes out with a new book because I know I'm in for a good time, and Doctor O is no exception! This was a well written, sexy, sweet romance set in New Zealand.
Doctor Noah is back in town and and meets up with, the now all grown up Steffi, his best friend's little sister. They reconnect as friends which then turns into more. The only problem is that he has a secret that has the potential to tear them apart. Will he come clean or keep his secret?
I loved that Noah and Steffi had a history already so their relationship felt very natural, not forced at all. I thought the conflict with Cam, the best friend, was handled well and made the book seem real. It was as if this was the re-telling of events the actually happened in real life.
This is the type of book that made me fall in love with romance novels to begin with, thanks Ash!

I've just finished Doctor 'O' & I'm delighted to say I loved it!!
From the title I thought it would be a book of 'fluff', I was wrong!! It's full of hotness there's no denying that & it's very well written ... It'll melt you, but the main characters are so grounded & full of real emotions that it takes it above the norm!!
You are rooting for Noah & Steffi from the start. He had such an awful early childhood & he's still trying to prove he's not that scared, angry boy anymore. Unfortunately many are prejudiced against him even if it's just by showing their shock that he's now a Dr!! Steffi always adored Noah the boy & young man so when he returns to their home town she can't wait to see him, she soon realises it's no longer adoration she's feeling!!
This story is engaging, very sexy, extremely emotive & has the most staggering setting which the author brings to life beautifully!! A wonderfully erotic read which I thoroughly recommend.

Noah is a doctor in Dallas, and since medical school, he writes erotic medical novels. He loves to talk to his fans via a blog, but he has to be careful to not be fired. He likes to chat with zer@ who never had an orgasm. When he comes back in his town in New Zealand, his best friend’s sister comes to the airport to go with him in the house that they will share for few days. She has grown up and he’s immediately attract to her. Some days later, he discovers that she’s zer@ and he doesn’t know if he should tell her.
I like the start of the story and it’s well written, but I was disappointed because I found the story too simple, despite all that could have happen with the different characters and their behaviors. Sometimes, I didn’t understand the characters, like Steffi’s brother : what does he really want ? Why is he acting like he does all along the book ?

If you are looking for a story that isn't very deep but still lots of fun, then Doctor O might be for you. Ash Harlow covers all kinds of tropes in this tale: Noah is Steff's brother's best friend, they live in the same house together (even though she has a basement apartment), they work together, she's always had a crush on him, they are friends first, it's kind of instalove -- AND Noah's got a big secret.
By day, Noah is an ER doctor. By night, he's Dr. O, author of medical erotica and runs the O Zone chat room. Steff is a fan of Dr. O's books and a regular in the chat room, often lamenting the fact that she's never experienced an O herself -- and she has no idea that her new roomie is the guy behind it all.
The development between Steff and Noah's relationship is nicely developed, even though I'm not a fan of instalove. But when Noah reveals his secret, will Steff be able to forgive him?

Awesome new book from Ash Harlow. She consistently writes the best book boyfriends.
Noah and Steffi gives me all the feels.
They meet up again after he returns from overseas and are instantly attracted to each other but they fight their attraction as Steffi's brother is Noah's close friend.
They can't fight their attraction and are drawn to each other as they get to know each other again.
Also, Noah helps Steffi with her O problem and living up to his moniker.
I really like that the relationship here is built on more than just lust (although they are steaming hot together) but on mutual interests and shared goals. So different from some other books who think a hero is a wham, bam thank you type.
Noah is yummy and Steffi has a good head on her shoulders. There is no unnecessary drama here just great writing.
This is a perfect romance story and I highly recommend this story.

If you're looking for a naughty good time, you found it. Oh my goodness, get ready for a tasty treat with this one! This is the best book. I mean, all the points for originality. Noah is everything and I absolutely love him. Steffi is pretty wonderful in her own right, and these two are perfection together. I had the best time with this book as they went on a journey that finally got them to realize this. A super exciting plot, seamless storytelling, solid characters, and chemistry busting out of the seams. Have a glass of cold water handy! I highly recommend this book, and say grab it asap and make sure you have time to read this in one sitting. It's genuinely hard to put down. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy.

MMMHMMM. This is one well written, sexy, sweet romance. The attraction is instant between yummy Dr Noah, who is returning from the States (with a secret life as an erotica writer and blog leader DR. O. of the O-Zone) and grown up Steffi (who always kinda had a secret crush on her big brothers best friend). They have to hide their relationship from everyone, especially Steffi's brother (what was his problem! really!) This leads to drama, anger, hurt, betrayal. And that leads to test the strength of their relationship with and feelings for each 0ther.

Another great steamy romance by Ash Harlow!! Set in New Zealand, Ash paints a perfect picture of the beautiful and rugged terrain. Noah has been a Dr. practicing in the U.S. but returns home to cover for his mentors from his childhood. Upon his return, not only is he captivated by the land he misses, but the younger sister of his best friend. Steffi has grown from a tomboy to a beautiful and athletic woman. They will both be working at the new medical center with a no fraternization policy. Can he keep his distance? Especially after learning of her problem?

I loved this steamy romance! There is a real connection between these very likable characters who have a solid history as youthful friends before love blooms as adults. Steffi is a strong woman who just has a teensy little problem she is looking for help with, and who better to assist than her sexy childhood crush Noah (alias Doctor O). The writing is great as always. Noah's Doctor O isn't sleazy like you might expect and even though this love story has lots of hot sex, it's not sleazy either. It's actually sweet and romantic and a great read.

I thought the story was well written and kept my interest throughout the story. Some characters were not likable while some were. Noah and Steffi have great chemistry and are likable. I wanted to see good things happen for them. The pages were heating up in the story several times. A great story with a nice steady pace. Hope to read more from the author. They know how to make a world for their characters and hook you to wanting to know more about them.

A sexy doctor novel that will have you running to make appointments for your very own lol. I loved the second chance feel to this story. The fact that they knew each other before and had a long break as friends made it feel like a second chance combined with friends to lovers trope. Definitely a fun and sexy read for the end of the day. If you like Harlow's work, then you'll be enjoying this as well!

This is a very well done romance. The author takes the time to really develop the characters. Noah is not some guy looking for easy sex. He is back home to help the family that supported him. He didn't expect his attraction to Steffi. Steffi can definitely use his expertise but he is trying to keep that a secret. They make a great couple and the story is fun and exciting.

This is another excellent steamy romance by an excellent romance author! I love romance from down under. Steffi was a teen when Noah left to pursue his medical career. You can't go wrong with an Ash Harlow read and this book was a great read. I loved the premise with Dr O on sex chat room, offering advice. Although Noah and Steffi know each other, he is her brother's best friend, they get really know each other in the chat room. Smoking chemistry, great banter between them, overall a fun, fast, sext read!! Loved It!!

Odd title, beautiful story
I always feel compelled to write a review when the title of the book gives me pause, but the book is good. This is one of those times where you need to overlook the silly title of the story and give this a read. It’s a fast read, but what I love {possible spoiler?} is once the couple is together they stay together and fight the adversities together. Beautiful read.
