Instant Pot Cookbook: 500 Most Delicious Recipe Collection Anyone Can Cook by Roy Fisher
Book starts with a table of contents where recipes are broken up into food categories.
Free gift offer and an intro. Most info is about the machine itself.
Each recipe starts with a title, short summary, prep and cook time and servings.
Ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low sugar, low fat.
Directions are included along with some nutritional information: no size specified, calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, fiber, carbs, sugar and protein. NO sodium levels.
Nothing struck my fancy as I've read a lot of instant pot cookbooks.

It's got a LOT of recipes, but most of them are a bit off, for one reason or another. For example, many recipes call for cooking one ingredient or another on the stove or in the oven, and then using the IP--when the ingredient could easily have been cooked in the IP, thereby saving time and washing-up (e.g., calling for cooked butternut squash and cooked orzo when the recipe could easily have incorporated those steps into the recipe). Other recipes are odd because they are simple sauces that are new to me, and there is no suggestion about how to use them. It's OK for the price, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

The recipes were great!

I just got this instant pot and needed a good introduction to the new recipes suited for the kitchen appliance. It helped me get started with cooking a new way.

Many errors in the recipes you wouldn’t catch if you weren’t already familiar with using the instant pot

Excellent book

The book is written in easy wording. The recipes are easy to follow, use everyday spices that you already have in your pantry.

Recipes don't work

Some recipes call for an exorbitant amount of meat. The one I tried caused a burn to appear. Had to add fluid to clear it.

Call me crazy but I like pictures in my cookbooks. Glad I got it from the library instead of paying. But I didn't come across and crazy meat amounts so maybe mine was an updated edition.
