I have read each of the book in this boxset and each storyline has it own twist to them. Each of the books also a strong alpha and a sassy female. Plus the chemistry is hot and steamy. I was definitely entertained.

May 10, 2019I only read number three so far - Burned. It was cute. I liked the characters and the world seemed interesting. I'll read one and two eventually, but probably not for a while.

Wow what a great first book in this series Dragon's Mate.
I really like the characters,
DAZZLED =Dragon shifter Sebastian Bernal has been hurt in his past that makes me very guarded. A woman was good on his arm for partying and a night in his bed but then its time to move on. He will not be hurt again!. Lacey Whitman works at Sebastian's museum and she is so driven. Works well into the night most nights to get the job done just right. She has no social life other than her best friend and nights at the museum. Lacey has felt a pull to Sebastian but she doesn't want to mix business and pleasure. Sebastian has tried to get Lacey in his men with sexual banter but still no joy, his dragon keeps calling out she is his mate but Sebastian will not listen. Until one night everything changes.
There is so much more happening and I don't want to give everything away so I will say this book will Dazzle you. The storyline is great and I found myself going through most emotions. A Fantastic read!!!!

Kai knew where it was and the thought it was safe until he watched a sexy female diver holding a golden nugget in her hand. How can she see it? How can she hold it?? He had been trying to get closer to his gold for many years. He needed to find out about this woman and if he believed his eye he could of sworn she saw him in his dragon form. But how?? No human should be able to see him.
This is a fantastic book I actually preferred this book to book one and that is saying something as I gave book one "Dazzled" a five star review too. I loved Gabi and her fierce personality. I love Gabi. She is sassy and confident and the chemistry between her and Kai is off the charts.
This book is a 10/10 read loved it. A brilliant read!!!

Fire dragon shifter Ash Connolly is a reclusive billionaire due to being Burned in an accident, and left badly scarred. He thought no woman could ever love him so he had got used to the idea of living a life of solitude. That was until he was attacked by a feisty woman attacking him with a sword.
He couldnt get her off his mind and was surprised to find that the woman who was repairing his book was the same woman who is working on his book. A book that hopefully held the secrets to get his treasures and power back.
This is a fantastic third book in the series Dragon Mates. And its another 5 star review. There is something powerful about Teagan and Ashs relationship and it makes my heart sing.

Dazzled: Can one trust again once its been betrayed? Sebastian Bernal, owner of Bernal Institute which displays his family history from Spain to their migration to America. Sebastian has painful past, a deep betrayal, so he avoids love. His previous love, stole his treasure and nearly ruined him. His parents were weakened and died from the power loss. He is loosing his power and needs to retrieve his lost treasures to regain them before he dies. He has major trust issues! He is drawn to his curator, Lacey, but decides to keep it professional. and decides on a one night stand to get her out of his system. His dragon recognizes their mate in Lacey.Can her love make him stronger? Can he put his trust in her? His dragon recognized his mate, can the human part of him? Nice story. Good beginning to a series. The characters were likable and solid.

She has baggage from a bad marriage, so she avoids relationships. While on a dive, she sees an odd object swim away from a ship wreck. Kai Long is a water dragon who suffered a devestating loss when his mate, Leilani died and put a spell on him. He can't retrieve his treasure and is functioning at half power. The family put a spell on the wreck to make it undetectable. Gabi found it and pocketed a golden nugget. What happened? Is the tide changing? How was Gabi able to touch what was untouchable? Is the family treasure in danger? Absolutely, fun, fascinating, breath holding, sexy adventure. Miscommunications add to the excitement. Can Gabi and Kai ever get on the same page? Nicely done!
Burned: Teagan, almost six feet, red head with freckles, emotionally constrained by her size and looks. Tea works in a museum restoring rare books. Ash Conley, dragon, right side damaged during a tournament, accepting his limitations. I weep for Ash, but I find him incredibly sexy. When they first met, Ash thought Tea was the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. Ash goes to Nick's place to retrieve the sword that was repaired. His friends trying to get him out of his self imposed hibernation. Ash avoiding public who fear his scars. Their first meeting is absolutely hysterically well written. I couldn't stop laughing just imagining the scene. J.K. has an awesome talent to bring you into the story and you feel you are standing right next to the characters. Ash and Tea share a love of Irish historical elements and are drawn together. This sets a solid foundation for their courtship. This is a fantastic story, an awesome and amazing series. Well done!

They had located the wreck of the Santa Maria which had sunk in 1702, rumored to have taken a treasure down with her to the ocean’s bottom. She and her diving partner are heading back into the ocean to film their discovery. But while exploring the sunken ship, Gabi picks up a small gold nugget. And she thinks she sees something moving fast in the water?
Kai Long is a water dragon who gains strength and energy from his gold hoard on the sunken ship. As he swims to the shipwreck, he sees the research vessel floating above and sees Gabi. But most alarming, she sees him too -- even though that should not be possible! The spell that had kept the ship hidden was not working. Now Kai must find out what is going on.
This author is excellent at providing really good paranormal stories. And with dragons in it, all the better! The characters are depicted very well and the interaction is very believable. The story line is interesting to the reader, with the difficult task of tracking down stolen treasure or facing the threat of death. This tension keeps the story moving quickly along. Continuous surprises kept me on the edge of my seat. I laughed out loud and sniffled back tears. I was thoroughly captivated! There are mysteries on many levels to be solved. Grab your copy and enjoy each one of them!

Dazzled---Lacey procured a fantastic job at the Bernal Museum.She;s been there a year and has had a moment or two of attraction toward her boss but pulls back relying on her professionalism to surface. It is hard when he;s very handsome and well mannered and gentlemanly. Sebastian, unknown to all, is a dragon shifter. He;s held himself in check using women when needed. He;s earned his reputation as a playboy and will continue to so. His best friend tries to tell him to get over Melusine;s deceit and move on. Something that Sebastian isn;t willing to do. Then his attraction to Lacey starts to get out of control. He believes one night with her will undo whatever hold she seems to have on him. Lurking in the shadows is a master manipulator who was in cahoots with Melusine and is now going to try to use Lacey to take total control over Sebastian. When the two finally come together, their togetherness is sullied by Malcolm Kerberos, another dragon shifter who loves to manipulate and destroy.
Fantastic story and read that will have you holding your breathe till the last page!!

Fantastic read the only thing I have to say… Is where are the epilogue's? The stories are completely and totally awesome I love to each and every one of my couldn't stop reading them I have to say that if I had to pick a favorite it would be burned the third one Ash and Teagan… I loved all three stories but Ash and Teagan's I thought was the most touching. It was also the one I thought had a better sort of ending. I can't go into my issue without giving way major spoilers… But let's just say I kept reading each book hoping to get certain details or at least a glimpse of certain details and they were never there. Don't get me wrong the stores are completely awesome and I fully intend on purchasing this set permanently (since I read it on Kindle Unlimited) however, I taught each story could either use of few more chapters or at least an epilogue especially the first one. In my opinion, though absolutely awesome stories that I seriously could not put down and when I was forced to sleep actually dreamed about LOL these books could've been standalone material for as much interaction between characters of each book. And for me personally that's an issue as well as a complement to the author for creating such compelling characters. I read more series than I do standalone books because I become attached to extremely well-written compelling characters so I like further stories to last as long as possible. Hence my preference for series books as opposed to standalones. So without giving away any spoilers the bottom line is I love this series I'm just not fond of loose ends. But I would definitely recommend reading the story or stories… :-)

I have read these books individually, but very happily read them all again as a set! I love J.K. Harper's work! I love that the main characters in each story know each other, and give the series continuity - each was awesome as a stand alone, but even better as a set.

Lacey loves her job - she is good at what she does, and happy with her life - except that she often thinks about Sebastian, her steamy boss. Sebastian has been hurt before - he cant trust women - and he has a huge secret he must keep - but there is something about Lacey that draws him strongly. Will they be able to have a one night stand and get over their feelings? When danger lurks, will Sebastian keep her safe? Loved it!

Gabi finds an underwater treasure - and meets Kai - then the treasure is stolen, and Kai blames her. All she wanted to do was help her Grandmother - she didnt know she was being played by his enemies! Will it cost her her career? And will her Grandmother survive?

Dazzled - Phenomenal! A captivating and thrilling book 1 in the “Dragon Mates” series and it will take you on an exciting ride full of intrigue, steam, action, suspense, drama, and humour. It is an enjoyable page turner with of twists and turns and ups and downs. Amazing strong characters … fated mates … chemistry that is intense and off the charts. This is an on the edge of your seat read and is definitely recommended.

The Dragon Mates series is well worth reading. It is fantastic and one I will read again.
Dazzled
A terrific slow burn romance that I read in a day. It was the perfect break from my hum drum daily routine. Lacey is so sweet with a pretty strong character. It was infuriating how a creep was able to use her innocence against Sebastian. I am also looking forward to seeing how Ash will tease Sebastian about finding his mate.
Thrilled
Gabi is strong, independent, funny, sexy and outgoing. Kia is also strong (being a dragon and all), gorgeous, outgoing and possessive. When Gabi finds his horde and can actually touch it, Kia has to know more about her. I love the drama and passion they share.

This is the book I've been waiting for since Dazzled. I don't know to explain how emotional this book made me. Ash and Teagan both had emotional scars that were similar so they fit together perfectly. Teagan was always brilliant, but so shy she was easy to bully and boss around. I loved that she could see the real Ash and he knew it. This was so good, best one yet. I hope that there will be stories for the other dragon friends, like Nick.

One of the Best Dragon Shifter Series Out.
Dragon Mates Box Set - Dragon Mates Books 1-3, by author J.K. Harper is absolutely wonderful. The author has skillfully blended humor, mythology, and romance into a must read trilogy of three different types of Dragon Shifters. The Air, Water, Fire dragons not only find their mates, they hunt for their respective gold hoard and treasures that over the years were stolen from their ancestors. The size of their hoard directly impacts their power and longevity.
The author really educated me on the dragon shifter lore in such an entertaining manner. She illustrated their need by having them come up against those dark dragons out to do them harm.
I liked all three books equally. Usually one sticks out being better but in this case I enjoyed them all and are well worth a reader’s investment in time.
Definitely recommending this box set for your reading enjoyment and pleasure.

Beautiful and awesome. Thrilled-Gabriela (gabe) works for California university maritime archeology as a sea diver . Her and her team finds the Santa Maria witch is Kai longs a water dragon's hoard . Awesome story burned-Dragon lives in his Angeles and is learning to award fight at the institute of ancient battle arts as is also a book conservator at the bernal center. Where she meets ash who she is surprised who and what he is but most of all is his true treasure is. Awesome story this is a box set.that you will enjoy.

Great Dragon shifter series
This is a great way to read all these books at one super price. These books move really fast with a storyline that is action and character oriented and a hopeful tone. The characters are fun with "nerdy" women and hot dragon shifters with issues that need solving. The women are all stronger than they think and help out a lot. There are steamy scenes, but they aren't the whole storyline.
Each story follows one after the other, with all of the characters knowing or at least meeting each other. I would like to see Savannah and Nick meet and get together with their own story. Or 2 more stories, one for each, if J.K. Harper can't see the 2 of them together!
If you like dragon shifters, action, character development, and some nerdy scenes set in their workplace as well as a few steamy scenes in each story, this series for you! Enjoy!

Too sleazy by far. The males are sickening with their constant ’You are stunning, beautiful, gorgeous’ and so on with the women as if that is all they see. Vomit worthy. What is it about women being virgins in these books also? The males get all wrapped up in the thought of it. The males always have to be well hung (Huge/massive,thick) bla bla bla. Never average like most men. The men are always sluts, always! The men are always arseholes at some point, rude and narcissistic.
Story line is fair but so many mistakes in the editing.
I think that many of these authors release book after book after book using cheap and nasty editorial formats or companies. The stories get mixed up and the words get left out in a sentence. He and she is mixed up too and it makes reading a novel confusing and annoying.
I am starting to get very sick and tired of the authors that write in this genre.

Utterly captivating
This series is utterly captivating. This author really puts her feelings onto her writing. The emotions and the sizzling chemistry between the two main characters keep you on the edge of your seat. The suspense is so thick, it can be cut through with a knife. Of course it is a story of Dragon shifters. My favorite by the way. That being said, I rarely rate books with five stars. But I really could not help myself this time. I pull my hat to this author as they say in French. By the way, these books are sizzling hot. I highly recommend them to the genre lovers. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait to read other books from this author if she puts as much feeling into them.

Awesome set of contemporary dragon shifters and other paranormals in these romances. Each of the stories is about a dragon trying to regain control of its hoard but running into unforeseen obstacles. Each story revolves around the dragon mates some of which have been lost through time. These books are unique from many that I have read and very enjoyable. The author has made the main characters as realistic as possible with all the feelings humans go through. I enjoyed the strength found in the female main characters, mates. I received a complementary copy of this set via Booksprout and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by this author.

Three stories of a wounded dragon, each different and only one physically damaged. What gives a dragon sthrength is his hoard and much of its magic is contained in the hoard. Take the hoard away and the dragon is losing his power....but as these dragons learn, there is one treasure to save them - their fated mate.
Three stories that are well written, woven around the theme of loss of part of their treasure hoard and their quest to regain it. The stories are loosely connected, being in the same area and common friends. A pleasant read, fun and entertaining.

Each of these books can be read as a stand alone but reading them together and in the right order gives you an even deeper understanding of the dynamics and friendships of these shifters and their mates and enhances the enjoyment. Full of lust, love, misunderstandings , betrayals ( or fear of such ) adventures and danger this is a set that you wont want to put down till the very last page ( and then you will want to start it all over again )

I love that the books do connect throughout the stories. Each story is very different from the others. What they have in common are dragons finding their mates and plenty of adventure. Each will bring you to a different location. One even is mostly in the ocean. The women are all brilliant in there own ways and the men definitely need them. Lots of action and tons of romance. Perfect set for any Paranormal Romance Reader.

This box set is absolutely a must have. As always well written stories with a great storylines and plots. It contains amazing stories that has a lot of chemistry and passion in them. If you enjoy romances that offer plenty of sizzling heat, dirty naughtiness and a taboo edge you can not go wrong with this very entertaining and enjoyable collection.

I really love these stories! I found the combinatin of strong, brooding somethimes harheaded dragons combines with leasing ladies with their own strong will just perfect! There is of course some drama, adventure, missunderstandings and love all mixed into one! I enjoy stories with dragons and I really enjoyed these as well!

Sexy Dragons, Magical Treasures, and Their Feisty Mates
All three of the Dragon Mates series are compelling, the characters are captivating, and the stories are intriguing. My favorite of the three was the third book BURNED. Ash and Teagen's story. Most likely because I identified with Teagen the most. All three stories tugged at my heart, but book three pulled a few extra heartstring.

All three books in this collection were outstanding. The women in the books were strong silent types that knew what they wanted and were not afraid to go after it. The men, though they tried to fight it, knew their mates were more important than the treasure hoard they were seeking. Loved this collection.

Finally!
Awesomeness! A collection of books with 3 stories of dragons finding their true mates in adventurous and dangerous ways. Mysterious and suspenseful with plots and twist. Not cliffhangers. Easy to read and follow. Waited years to get the last 2 books as I found the first in an anthology. Can't wait for Claim to come out.

I reviewed each book separately under its own title. The third was the best of them, but it was just ok. Mostly very little romance to be had in this series (aside from the last one), lots of sex, insta-love with no foundation, and emotional whiplash, for the most part. I'd give the third one 2.5 stars.
