Good read for ADHD friends. Nice insight into things I haven't with my entire life. Wish there was a version for friends and spouse of ADHD affected individuals.
An enormously insightful and interesting read. One of my friends at work and also my neighbours daughter have ADHD but until reading this book, I didn't really understand what it was all about. Recommended to those with and without. Already have a couple of people wanting to borrow my copy. Thanks Leigh.
Having ADD and not always feeling like an adequate person, this book warmed my heart. Some friends and family want to read it and I'm grateful for it because it's a good tool to show them what ADHD life is.
A very honest and helpful insight into Leigh's life with ADHD. I love his concept of viewing ADHD as a "Gift". As an ex-teacher, this insight would have been invaluable.
