Cakes for Festive Tables This book was also published in the US but uses terminology that just is not familiar with the area where I live. Again, what is a glass? What makes up an egg piece? How is cognac measured in grams? I thought it was a liquid and would be measured in ml or l. Not sure how I feel about this book and may have to research what they really wanted to be used.
