LAZARUS: X+66 #6

“Kilometer atop kilometer, through eternal forest, stone bit his feet. Ice filled his boots.
His body sang with fatigue and pain. His skin, rubbed raw, rimed with frost.”

Ghastly and grizzly take on classic Dr Frankenstein versus the engineered Monster creature.

“When the dragon had finished his tale, the hunter did not speak for a long time.
Then, all at once, the hunter sprang to his feet, enraged and outraged both.
‘You are nothing but the vilest monster!’ the hunter cried. ‘Inhuman and cruel!’"

This exceptional series continues with individual stories of key characters.

I didn't know what this miniseries was going to be about. Honestly I expected some less than sterling filler stories. Surprisingly, the 6 issues were great pov into this world. A tribute to Greg Rucka's great world building. Looking forward to the next arc.
