Yes, it’s a little dark and raw, but it will keep your interest." -- Susan1 ★★★★★ "Wow, this story was even better than the first one... Really frightening and intense read. Can't wait for the third installment, No Hope, to go live." -- Dmitrij P ★★★★★ "I really think this is the best Collective Inkwell yet. I meant to read it slowly, to savor it over the course of my lunch breaks for a week or so. No such luck. It is a fast-paced, high-stakes book that inexplicably tells a slow-burn, heart-wrenching story of what happens when people feel utterly alone in their own pain. All with plenty of realistic cop banter and intense shoot-outs." -- Lyn Lowe ★★★★★ "I absolutely loved the first book and this series, and the second one lives up to it! Despite not being a horror novel, there are elements of this novel that are horrifyingly real. The authors do a great job at really making you hate the villains of the novel, which causes you to root the heroes on even more. This one was just as fast paced and engaging as the last, and I can't wait to read the third book." -- A.A.R. ★★★★★ "Lost sleep over this one! It was easy to get into this one right after reading the first book." -- WistfulDreamer No Escape is the second book in this pulse-pounding new series for fans of Dexter , S ilence of the Lambs , and Seven .
Nolon King writes smart psychological thrillers designed to leave you on the edge of your seat. His stories are dark, twisty, and often decidedly close to home.
He’s not afraid to explore the darker side of human nature through stories featuring families torn apart by secrets and lies. If you enjoy reading authors like Darcey Bell and Harlan Coban, movies like A Simple Favor and The Hand That Rocks the Cradle, or shows like Ozark and Dead to Me, you’ll love Nolon King.
When not writing you will find Nolon drinking black coffee and observing humans in their natural habitats.

No Escape is the second exciting book in the No Justice series written by authors Sean Platt and David Wright. It's part mystery, paranormal and police procedural. Definitely waiting for the third story.
I enjoyed this book just as much as the first one. And that’s saying something! So many books do not measure up to the first in a series, but not to worry. Great writing team....can’t wait for #3!
Starts out like a starter pistol. Motion from page 1, this is gritty and brutal and I felt invested in each character. I was afraid to turn the page, but couldn't stop reading.
I enjoyed the story and felt connected to the characters. There are editing issues, but they just made me chuckle and didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the story.
This book kept me thinking about it even when I put it down. Great connection to the first book in the series while also working as a stand alone read.
I really think this is the best Collective Inkwell yet. I meant to read it slowly, to savor it over the course of my lunch breaks for a week or so. No such luck.
It is a fast-paced, high-stakes book that inexplicably tells a slow-burn, heart-wrenching story of what happens when people feel utterly alone in their own pain. All with plenty of realistic cop banter and intense shoot-outs.
I've come to expect awesome from Platt & Wright, but this was something more than I was prepared for.
