Alright, maybe I expected to get more from it, but seemed to contain more of the same old motivational prep talks instead of the practical tips it promises. The tests to know how you deal with adversity at the end of the first 5 chapters were helpful though

Absolutely amazing! Bring clarity to life when things are complicated or stressful. This book teaches you how to become mentally strong and be able to tackle anything that happens in life.
