Interessant en confronterend boek voor wie met industriele veiligheid bezig is. Het boek is van 1996 en niet meer te krijgen, maar je kan de PDF wel vinden.
Al is het een oud boek, heel veel zaken zijn opmerkelijk actueel.

Leesvoer voor wie in zit met de veiligheid van zijn organisatie.
