A Wyoming rancher travels to Ukraine to visit a friend, then he finds himself face to face with the Russian Mafia.

Travis Grayson leaves his ranch to visit an old friend in Kiev. Travis' friend, Randy Moorehouse, is the new director for the U.S. Peace Corps in Kiev. When Randy tells Travis that his volunteers in southern Ukraine are frequent victims of crime, Travis offers to help and he soon finds himself face to face with the Russian Mafia.

We are finding out that where ever Randy goes, trouble is usually waiting around the corner. Soon after Randy arrives in Stockholm, he accidentally meets a young Muslim named Sunnat, who has recently joined a terrorist group. Randy learns that Sunnat has second thoughts about joining the group, but it is too late to back out now.

We know that Travis has a hard time saying "no" ... can he resist the temptation to travel to Stockholm and help his friend one more time?
