Kelsey and Garret soon find themselves drawn to one another, but Kelsey knows her wolf can’t be trusted, and mates can’t truly mean forever. It’s only a matter of time before someone betrays her, so her mate can only be temporary. But Garret is playing for keeps, and unless he can convince Kelsey his feelings are true, the ghost that saved him will become the ghost that unravels him.

Not So Temporary After All...
You met the MacKeltar brother's surprise sister in the last book and now we get her story. I had the feeling this book would be good just from that appearance, but it truly exceeded all my expectations. And you also finally get the full story of what Garret went through in Misty Autumn Morning. This book was packed with emotional scenes as you have two characters that had horrible childhoods that are finally able to find some peace and healing through their bond. Kelsey and Garret were truly made for each other and the book portrays this extremely well. After Kelsey escapes her past she found herself trapped in her wolf form for years and only was able to make the change back when Garret uses his shifter gift to reach the scared woman inside of her. But now she finds herself wrapped in love from a family she doesn't know. Her past taught her she can't trust anyone but she finds that she's drawn to Garret. When they decide to explore their growing relationship and take it to the next level she decides to claim they are mates to get her brothers off her back. Garret reluctantly agrees but finds himself wishing it was true. Together they heal each other and help each other face their pasts and discover that their initial lie might not have been a lie at all. I loved how Garret's shifter talent helped him make and strengthen his connection to Kelsey and how her talent fit so well with his and set up the next book well. I'm looking forward to the conclusion of this series!

Temporary my arse
Grace, I don't even know where to begin with this review. I waited and waited for the book to be release, and it was worth the wait. I cried, I laughed and then I cried some more. At the end though I cheered so loud and cried happy tears. Kelsey and Garrett's story touch my heart, not only because they found each other. But what happen to Kelsey happens everyday. I hope that someone who has gone through abuse can read this and know there is always a way out. There are people out here that will stand behind you and have your back. As always you nailed it and you rocked it. To anyone that has not read one of Grace Brennan's books you really are missing out on something special. You will always be my Lorelai.

First I have to say I’m FLOORED! Each and every book I read by Grace gets better and better. This one definitely did not disappoint.
The title drew me from the beginning. I questioned how is Temporary Mates going to work? In the world Grace has created Mates are permanent and for life.
I loved how the story developed. The characters drew me into story. There were times I had moments I was all WTH!, then moments I wanted to scream at a character, moments I cried, moments the made me laugh and smile. I felt like I was in the world Grace has created throughout the entire book. I fell in love with the characters from Red Moon even more.
I’m very much looking forward to the next book I’m this series!!!!

I knew going in that this story was going to gut me. I underestimated the power of Grace's words.
In the last book Garret had been through so much. He had taken it upon his self to try and stop his evil father destroying himself and his relationships at the same time.
Kelsey's life had been a living nightmare after being abandoned by her mom and never knowing her shifter father. She has been surviving in wolf form. She thinks the only way to survive is to always run.
Kelsey and Garret need each other to have a better tomorrow. The question is will Kelsey stick around long enough? Will their days get easier or will they have to struggle more first?

Beautiful story of healing and forgiveness
Loved this story! Garrett has the ability to read and hear other's thoughts. Kelsey is the long lost little sister of Tyler and Chase MacKeltar. She's been living as a wolf in the wilds for nearly there 3 years. When she shows up at Red Moon Ranch, it's Garrett who is able to being her back to human form. He's the only one she's comfortable around. They have a connection and it grows from there. I really enjoyed this book because there are so many twists and turns and side plots.

Garrett and Kelsey
Wow! I'm blown away at how powerful read it was! It was fabulous! Reading about Kelsey was a heartbreaking and had to stop and go back to start again. She's another strong female lead and I freaking love it! And Garrett was breathtakingly sweet. I really likes him in the previous books, this just made me love him. They both had hard lives growing up and they found each other. It was meant to be... The ending wow!!! Loved it..

So good....
And I thought the first one was good. This one was soul deep in my feelies! Foster care is my heart and soul, what she went through breaks my heart. Garret is my hero, both fighting demons from their past, he's just the heart she needs. I can't wait to continue this journey in the next one!!!

It just gets better!
I love how different this book was and it shows how the author is growing her talent. This was a very entertaining read, while also touching on some sensitive topics in a masterful way. I'm looking forward to the next Red Moon book!
