Papa Bear was president of the Blue Angels, one of the deadliest biker clubs west of the Mississippi. He answered to no one, going where he wanted when he wanted. When being on the road so much takes its toll on him, Papa Bear heads to the woods to let his bear roam free. Finding a man beaten and covered in blood was never part of that plan but turning his back on the wounded man just wasn't possible, especially since he suspects the little wolf might be his mate. Bartholomew 'Bug' Matthews was on the run. Finding himself rescued by a burly tattooed biker was not where he expected to be but he wasn't complaining. Papa Bear was the sexiest man Bug had ever seen. When the handsome man claims him, Bug couldn't be happier. But his joy is short lived when Papa Bear disappears, leaving Bug alone and in more danger than ever. When a vicious attack leaves Papa Bear with no memory of his mate, will he lose his one chance to find happiness or will Bug be able to protect himself and the secret he holds?
This book was previously published as part of Siren's anthology Ride a Cowboy. It has been extensively revised and expanded.

About Me I believes the only thing sexier than a man in cowboy boots is two, or three men in cowboy boots. I also believes in love at first sight, soul mates, true love, and happy endings.
I live in the great Northwest region of the USA, with my gorgeous husband and soul mate, two boxer/collie puppies, one old biddy cats, and three fish. When I'm not being a mother to my six teenagers or cleaning up after my two 70 pound lap puppies, you can usually find me cuddled in bed with a book in my hand and a puppy in my lap. Or on my laptop, creating the next sexy man for one of my stories.

What do I do ? I'm a writer of erotic, paranormal, werewolf, futuristic, contemporary, gay, and Ménage a Trois romances. I'm currently published with Siren Publishing, Torquere Press, and Noble Ellora's Cave.
I read the original, shorter version of this novella in the ‘To Ride a Cowboy’ anthology, and I was absolutely delighted when I discovered the author was expanding and rereleasing it as its own work. I fell in love with Bug right from the start and Papa Bear was a very close second. Hell, I was hooked right from the description, but then again, I’m easy.
Bug’s father is one of “those” kinds of alphas - a man’s man and all that BS - and Bug has never measured up. He was born the runt of the litter and was sickly a lot until he was finally able to shift. The fact that he’s gay is the last straw for his father. When Bug runs away, his father sends three of his meanest enforcers after him to torture and leave Bug for dead. But Bug is stronger than that with remarkable healing abilities. Regardless, he’s barely alive when Travis finds him.
Travis (Bear) is a big bear shifter and president of a wicked motorcycle club, but when he finds Bug and realizes he’s his mate, he knows things are going to have to change. After mating and claiming Bug, Bear is a little surprised to realize Bug is pregnant so quickly, but considering the heaving into the toilet he’s doing, it’s kind of unmistakable. *grins* Bear leaves to get Bug something to settle his stomach when he is set upon by ten wolves and left with no memory of his mate. Bug really does have crappy luck.
I felt so horrible for Bug being pregnant and staying in the motel Bear left him at, all while worrying where his mate had gone, and having to get a job at the Piggly Wiggly to survive. It’s just Bug’s luck - finally - that Sheriff Sparrow (there’s a name I haven’t heard in a while) shows up to help Bug deliver his son, and also promises to try to find Bear for him. What a relief when Bear and Bug are reunited and Bear’s memories start to come back. Of course, when Bear meets his son for the first time, that’s a definite aww moment. This little family isn’t out of the woods yet, however. Bug’s dad is still looking for him and he’s not taking no for an answer.
This extended version is even better than the original! I got to see more of Bear and Bug, plus more of the rest of the guys in the club. I was a little bummed about some predictability but I got over it pretty quickly. Thank you, Stormy, for taking a great read and making it fabulous!

2.5✨ This one was alright, but nothing special to me. To be honest, I spent a great deal of the book (okay, maybe all of it) irritated with calling one of the main characters Bug. It was probably something that shouldn’t have bothered me, but it did. I kind of want to know what happened to Aisely, but I don’t know if I care too much...so, it wasn’t a bad story, but it wasn’t all that memorable either. I’ll be giving this author another try before I dismiss her though. Sometimes a book just doesn’t work for me, but the author might still. 💋
This was a short sweet little read that had a few plot holes and was definitely over priced.... But it was exactly what I needed to finish off the week I had.
And although this was kind of a cheesy little read it made me feel all sorts emotions, and that’s saying something since the last book I read was all emotion but I hardly felt any of it.
I more or less always enjoy Stormy’s books but I always feel like there should be more. She sets up great secondary characters and just seems to abandon them which is a shame.
I thought this book okay. Nothing spectacular really. I liked both of the MCs. I just felt like the plot had a lot of holes and I was disappointed that we didn't get to know Bear's motorcycle club that much. Overall it was an okay story. I would definitely read one about Bug's brother if the author wrote it.
This book brought together totally two different characters as fated mates. If was an emotional ride when things happen cause of hate in the family. do recommend this book and hopefully with see more of the characters with their own story.
I really enjoy reading this book, and I'm hoping it becomes a series. Because, I would like to hear more about Bug's bother, Aisley. And, what happen between him and their father. I highly recommend this book.
I chose eating because I like the characters. I had no dislikes. I love the fact they had a baby together. I would recommend to people that like this.. It's good.
I loved these two characters. Such love. Please say there will be more from them. And bug's brother? Would also love to see more in the rest of the gang.
Shifter book about 2 men. One is a bear, other is a wolf. But the writing is overly cliche and doesn't flow all that great, found my self rolling my eyes often.
harsh! this read like a bad porn story, angry almost, vulgar to say the least. I , by no means do not like a decent XXX scene.senario didn't have it with this book. would not have read if had known mpreg ....memo to me read the blurb....but she I like for the fluff factor. very dissatisfied with this one. much maligned (Omega) wolf, horrible father, deadly female ( glossed over as was most of the interesting points). a mating, pregnancy ( unknown to lil wolf) bear beat down before he can explain to his mate, amnesia, 30 day pregnancy, whole book was time jumping....meet,mate 7 days.jump, 3mths, tiny happenings jump 6mths. actually feel angry reading it, bad vibe for me. not a good book imho
I just couldn't get into this. I didn't even know this was an EXPANDED version of something already released. So a few things that BUGGED me..(haha)
I have to say I agree with a fellow reviewer, the name Bug is just... uhgg.. I don't want to be thinking of crawlies when sexing it up. Then, Bug was beaten so bad that Travis only smelled death. He was that close to death for the smell to permeate but Travis was still able to get him on a motorcycle and transport him? I mean, yeah he's a shifter but I'm still stuck on smell of death. Travis is the president of a motorcycle gang (club?). I didn't get far enough to get particulars but it seemed like not president in a good... no a NICE way. But I'm supposed to be ok with him, bond with him, feel bad when he was supposedly taken, disappeared (again I didn't get THAT far to read that... I'm getting that from blurb). Now on to the last... Papa Bear???? I don't actually know if he told Bug to call him Bear/Papa Bear or just Travis. The play like my daddy type kink is personally super gross for me, depending on how detailed it can get, but that's what was brought to mind since I didn't get the sense of him being a LOT older than Bug.
That looks like a lot of thoughts for basically getting only 30% in..
Sadly this book has disappointed me big time. I'm usually a big fan of the whole poor little submissive guy falling in love with big bad biker boy, and I'm a huge lover of mpreg, but this time it didn't work for me. For me it lacked the emotional connection between the protagonists, the story was very fast paced with little to no time to enjoy the situation. I think a little more of angst would have worked wonders in this book. So... as much as I love Stormy Glenn, I wouldn't recommend this book.
