Ulterior Motives
Gem James has it all - handsome husband, an adorable son, awesome parents, corporate job and her dream car. Gem is living the dream life, but there are others who have different plans for her.
There is a criminal organization in pursuit of her for her skills, beauty, and mind. They also have their eyes on Gem’s friend, Haley, and her sister, Lorena. But why?
Their lives are torn apart just to get them to go along with the plan of the organization. The organization will use her enemies, deceive her husband and use that against her. The question is, will it work? Will she be able to save her marriage, her family, her friends and her life?
“Target” is a fast-paced thriller that will have you wanting more. It was really hard to put down. The characters are complex but exciting. This is my first read by this author and I really enjoyed it.
