Hi, so excited about being on Goodreads and sharing my Middle School books with you! I live in beautiful Noosa, in Australia. For most of my life I was a teacher of Middle School kids, and what an awesome experience that was. It gave me the opportunity to understand the problems that kids go through.

These books are really good. I rounded my review up from 3 1/2 stars to 4 cause I can’t rate a book 3 1/2. The reason that I would give it such a low number of stars was the writing in this book. There were so many grammatical errors. Often there was lower case letters at the beginning of sentences, and just a lot of errors. Besides that, the writing in general just wasn’t great. I am pretty sure the target is 12+ but it seems like it was written for 7-8 years old. It’s not that the story it self is for 7-8 year olds, but the way it was presented. There was only one word in the entire book (keep in mind that it’s like, 6 books in one) that I didn’t know. There weren’t many strong verbs, or nouns. Normally I try to not complain because I couldn’t do any better, but I feel like I could. If u were to give me the book, I could make it a lot better. Ok now with the positive stuff lol. I really liked the story line, lia being a teen who has powers but still having teenage problems like boys, hygiene worries, things like that. Over all I like the book ok, if you ignore the grammatical errors. The story line was a good idea, and it was a fun read.
