invaders Of The Rokujouma vol 7.5:
It felt like a letdown because of the fact that this "half-volume" (even though it's actually longer than vol 7) didn't actually have a conclusion.,

the story just cuts and it ends saying that the rest of the story will be in vol 8.5.
That means that there is a volume between this book and its conclusion. I'm really hoping vol 8.5 to be exceptional because vol 7.5 really was a letdown (but I still enjoyed it, I really liked the story and how the author straight up managed to write a medieval fantasy in this series, it was awesome but the sudden end of the book and the fact that I'll have to read another book before the continuation to this volume really left me with a very bittersweet feeling)
