It is 1999 in the liberated Great Britain.

Former Gestapo officer Ellen Brauchitsch is now working for the British Police Service, investigating the murders of former SS officers. But then she finds herself seconded to the British Intelligence Service as an undercover operative.

Richard Cammack is an intelligence officer, and is tasked with finding an undercover Sicherheitsdienst team operating on British soil. But he is also working towards a more sinister goal, one which could bring down the leadership of the Greater German Reich.

Ralf Weber is a young Sicherheitsdienst officer and protege of Reichsfuhrer-SS Schaemmel. Sent to Great Britain to cause unrest as part of Operation Dunkler Sturm, he realizes that his ultimate objective could result in Britain being invaded once more by the Wehrmacht.

As the Greater German Reich recovers from the destruction of Germania and, under the leadership of Schaemmel, makes preparations to invade the United States, Brauchitsch, Cammack and Weber are thrown together and have their personal loyalties twisted. Only when the true nature of Operation Dunkler Sturm is revealed to them do they realize they may have chosen the wrong paths.
