Hirohiko Araki ( 荒木飛呂彦) is a Japanese manga artist. He left school before graduation from Miyagi University of Education.

He enjoys the baseball manga Kyojin No Hoshii (Star of the Giants); the video games Mario Kart and Bomberman; and likes Prince and other African-American singers, as well as jazz, rock, and rap.

He is a recipient the Tezuka Award for manga.

El nuevo personaje, Rai, es muy interesante, mas todavía con la determinación del final: "Las promesas son sagradas". Dejar botada a Yasuho debido a la promesa rota fue una decisión tenaz, pero entiendo la idea que tiene Rai en su mente, alguien frío que sólo analiza las posibilidades y el objetivo final. ¿Cómo se envolverá Josuke ante esta nueva situación? Personalmente creo que lo hará todo de manera irracional, como le salga del corazón, por lo que no me tiene tan inquieto la situación, probablemente el personaje muera y termine ayudando para algo en particular.

Pero independiente de lo entretenido que sea todo esto, para mí gusto no fue el fuerte del volumen, sino el pasado de Joubin y su madre, Kaato. El hijo mayor debe enfrentar diferentes problemáticas, entre ellas la perdida de memoria a largo plazo, bullying sufrido por otros compañeros, y un manejo inmaduro de su stand. Por lo que todo lo que menciono termina siendo una seguidilla de desafortunadas acciones, para que la madre termine en la cárcel por 15 años. Si bien, entiendo que Araki haya querido hacer esto, lo cual lo sentí bastante sorpresivo, mi duda erradicaba entre la relación de Kaato y Norisuke. ¿Por qué su ex-marido tiene tanto odio contra ella? ¿Realmente es por esta situación? Y de ser este asesinato, ¿por qué no le explicó lo sucedido con Joubin? Siento que el amor de madre es más que suficiente para justificar lo ocurrido, y si Norisuke no lo entiende, es porque realmente no comprende el amor que uno puede tener por sus hijos e hijas. Encontré bastante fuerte todo lo que leí, hubo momentos donde era muy crudo todo, pero creo que le dio una visión diferente a los personajes y justificación de su personalidad, por lo que agradezco bastante, haciéndolos más tridimensionales.

"Maybe he is kind of a dickhead..."

I guessed incorrectly; the Dolomité battle ended sooner than expected. We get some brief backstory into Jobin and Kaato, explaining how Jobin's illness may be cured, as well as why Kaato was in prison. Then we meet Rai Mamezuku, the plant appraiser. His Stand, [Doggystyle], seems a bit too close to Stone Free and Oh! Lonesome Me. It even rather resembles Stone Free quite a bit! The group of Rai, Josuke, and Yasuho is attacked by a new Stand we don't see yet, but the moving trees recall Blue Hawaii too closely....

El primer usuario de stand sinceramente me da algo de miedo, más por como terminó así, hasta llegó a asustarme de que pudiera pasar algo.

Ya lo siguiente como siempre Araki teniendonos en lo bizarro, entendí las motivaciones de la madre Higashikata para hacer lo que hizo, y espero ver como se desenvuelve eso.

Con el tema de los arboles es muy curioso, siento que he visto eso antes con otras habilidades stand, pero no puedo recordar uno especifico.

YASHOU MY QUEEN. GIRLS GET IT DONE. also... this really makes me feel for jobin AND caato like caato just being the mother that stepped up and just wanting to help her child. like SORRY. SLAY. AND THE PLANT APPRAISER IS KINDA FUN... he also kinda sucks but like in a fun way. (but he disrepcts yashou so 3)

un tome absolument insane. 10/10 no notes. le chapitre de la mouche. pointer du doigt des arbres immobiles d'un air dramatique. Mamezuku qui fait une crème à la Romanov sur un télésiège parce que c'est sa maison. du grand Jojo

Amo da morire Kaato e la storia del suo passato e il suo rapporto con Jobin e apprezzo che abbia deciso di ribellarsi ai diktat della famiglia Higashikata nel modo più brutale e crudele possibile - con buona pace di Norisuke, che tanto non ci avrebbe rimesso in prima persona, ops.

Rai Mamezuku è un altro di quei personaggi assolutamente fuori di testa di Jojolion, l'evoluzione paradossalmente ancora più bizzarra di Toyohiro Kanedaichi. Comunque leggere questo manga mi fa venire una gran voglia di mangiare frutta, è pazzesco.
