Mekhi didn’t want to deal with the construction company owner or her crew. His beast was undecided if he should kill her or not, but you don’t always get what you want.

Quinn didn’t want to deal with the male on the other end of the phone. However, he had a job, and she had a crew that needed work.

Neither was what the other expected, but they couldn’t deny the attraction.

The pain in his eyes made her want to reach out and hold him. The threat on her life made him protective. The closer they get the more likely they are to fall in love until they realized the threat was real.

Now they were in a race against time to save Quinn’s life, but was she the only one in danger? Love and romance hang in the balance as unknown assailants try to shut them up.

Quinn and Mekhi

Great story. I love the ideas this author comes up with. In this new series it seems the brothers went back in time to before the alien invasion that took place on earth. Dante seems to be a part of this series, playing in the background helping while taking on appearances of strange beings.
Mekhi and Quinn must find out who is trying to kill her and why.
The only problem I have is the editing. For example: shivery was in place of chivalry, and then the first line of a chapter said she pulled up in front of her place but they were cooking a his house.
If you can overlook this issue the books are something to look forward to. In fact, I am looking forward to the next book.

I was sucked into Mekhi and Quinn's world right away and didn't want to leave when i read the last words. While Quinn was helping Mekhi heal emotionally he along with his brothers were helping to save her life from men who were out to hurt her. I loved how they just excepted her right of and claimed her as their sister, even before she excepted Mekhi's claim. Have to say I'm kind of envious, shes surrounded by 6 hot guys whoa re literally out of this world and one of them is completely devoted to only her. and to top it off her cat is very cool... and I'm more of a dog person, but i want my own Tee. I voluntarily read and reviewed this as an Arc.

What a great new series!

I have enjoyed Serena Simpson's other serial books, but this book kept me smiling and laughing and turning the page to find out what happened next. Mekhi was so sad and heartbroken, but with Quinn's love and acceptance, he was able to feel worthy of love. The relationship between them was so sweet I kept wishing for my own Mekhi. I can't wait until I read the next one. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book, and I borrowed it through the Kindle Unlimited program too.

I love the stories of the created. Quinn and Mekhi are the first couple to meet and fall in love in the Broken series. Great story-line/plot, wonderful characters (I always fall in love with each brother as their introduced) and writing that pulled me in from the first page. There are some editing issues (and I'm usually pretty harsh about them) but the story is so engaging that I was able to overlook them for the most part. I'm hoping that Serena Simpson will find an editor that can help her polish her work and really make it shine. Good story!

What...

What an auspicious start to a new "gotta read" series! Serena has done it again...the plot, storyline, and storytelling are spot on. I can't wait to read the next "brother's" story!

She did it again!!!

Great read, I am a big fan of Serena Simpson’s writing. I can’t wait for the next book come out. Mekhi and Quinn is a cute couple. Dante will always be Dante as awesome as he is.

A purrfect tale

A very nice read. I'm trying to picture the guys in my mind what they look like.
Mekhi is an interesting character with fantastic skills and powers, yet sad and alone, even with all his brothers.
Quinn is a strong woman in a man's world doing her best to survive.

A good book, fast paced but had a good story to it. I think I loved Tee the most in the story and wish I had a pet like her. Quinn and Mekhi made a great couple, I was glad that Quinn wasn't a damsel in distress heroine and had a back bone.

Intriguing Story

Overall I really thought this story was good and I really give it 3.5 Stars. It would have been higher but I felt parts were disjointed and hard to follow. Still want to read more in this series. Quinn and Mekhi definitely deserve their HEA.

Confusing at time

Enjoyed the story line and the characters. Loved Tee.
Conversation between characters was hard to follow at times.
Maybe have a couple of different people proof read.

It was disjointed and made little sense. There was no real plot. Or rather there was several plots that made no sense.
