This book was weak. All characters are so boring and the plot is non existant. If you thought it would be a captivating mystery, it is absolutely not. I read half of it and nothing happened. So much unnecessary scenes. I skipped to see the ended and it was boring and predictable.

Enjoyed this suspenseful novel right up to the end. The story was a good one, and the characters were interesting, particularly Edwin and Adriana. The setting could be today's newspapers, and the plot deals with today's issues, such as terrorism and intrigue across continents. The locations were well described to involve the reader.

As an older Christian reader, I enjoyed this mystery and did not have to flinch at inappropriate language or situations. Adult situations were presented without lewd details. This was an extra plus.

Can't wait for Ms. Hagan's next efforts. A good read. I'm sharing it with my 96-year-old MIL with confidence she will enjoy it, too.

What a great read, Ms Hagan's attention to detail will give you the feeling you are inside of the main characters' eyes as they walk the streets of London and Istanbul taking in the sites. The colors, the smells and the landmarks of the city.
There is love, hurt and adventure throughout the pages.
Enjoy this book as I did. A great Christmas gift.

I really enjoyed reading this book while on vacation. It was fast-paced and smart, with several twists and turns, a romantic thriller with a hint of Agatha Christie. Definitely would recommend!
