A great source of information in regards the proper physical education, not only of children, but of any other age group individual. Very comprehensive book that also covers general nutrition guidelines and overall development hints. I have been similar following lifestyle habits than the ones recommended by doctor Tommy for at least 10 years with great results. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in health and longevity.
