Princess Griggora thought her heart had been taken from her when she watched the love of her life Timoteus lose his head, quite literally, at the end of Tye’s sword. Why can’t she get over the feeling that he is still alive?
An unexpected encounter with the psychometric Gusoyn has Jenna seeing a glimpse of her future which includes a treacherous journey into the underworld with Gigi and directly into Pesta’s keep, where she has been keeping death as a slave.
Waking up chained to a dungeon wall isn’t the worst place Tim has woken up, at least he thinks it isn’t. He doesn’t remember the man he was but instinct tells him the psychotic blonde bombshell isn’t to be trusted. Visions of a raven haired beauty are his only solace as Pesta has a use for death, bait for the one it was foretold would destroy her.
Will enemies of old become allies to help Gigi and Jenna try to rescue Tim before the man he was is lost forever, or will they betray them for their own gain?
*Contains strong sexual content. Please be prepared to fall in love with those in the underworld
To completely enjoy and understand the story line, Twice Lost, Book One in the Harbinger Series should be read.
I am so hooked on this series. I can’t stop reading it and every time I finish one, I am dying to start the next one. This one will have you laughing, crying, screaming, throwing things, and the cheering so loud all for it to crash and burn. Simply amazing!!
Start from the beginning and be prepared for the rise of your life. You’ll also find yourself cheering and swooning for the scariest and meanest demon of them all.
I will be honest, I had a hard time really getting into this book. There were so many characters that I had trouble realizing which one they were talking about a few times. I did like how passionate Gigi was while she was looking for her lost love, was he alive or was he really dead? There were several interesting surprises as you continue to read this story; time just might be nothing. Thank you NetGalley and Jennifer Field for allowing me to read this ARC and write a honest review.
