More of a best practices for teams and businesses than personal leadership but having worked at Unruly I can say that the culture and practices indeed exist and the company is walking the talk. Definitely ideas that I will be bringing to my future workplaces.

This book felt really flat. In my view going deeper on fewer points would have been more helpful.
