Good introduction to cist accounting & budgeting

This book is a great help for non accountants to start to learn the concepts and the jargon involved in cost accounting and budgeting. It won't make you an expert but it will enable you to talk with the experts and understand what they're saying and doing.

It’s good book.
This book explains basis of cost accounting.
With concise and interesting example, I enjoyed and learned many thing.
