Encouraging insights

Veitch begins on the foundation of Albert Ellis’ model of the mind (ABCD) and then progresses through with discussions and examples that are very insightful. I’ll definitely reread this text again for deeper understanding. I’ve already order supporting texts for that deep dive into various topics.
