Dahil napakagaling ko noong high school, akala ko magiging madali lang ang college life.
But no, everyone seems amazing in college. Napakaraming expectations. Kaya kailangang mag-prioritize. Kailangan ng plan of attack. Kailangang timbangin ang pros and cons ng bawat galaw. Kailangang manalo. `Buti na lang I have a knight in shining armour, kakampi sa bawat laban.
Pero… kakampi ko nga ba talaga siya? O baka maging mahina lang ako dahil alam kong lagi lang siyang nandiyan? Kailangan ko ba talaga ng kakampi? Kailangan ba talaga namin ang isa’t isa? Parang hindi naman.
This is probably my favorite of the current volumes (probably until #4 is released).
We're back with Sy and Pascal but this time in college and both are in the archery club! They're still struggling with their feelings as Pascal still can't confess and Sy secretly knowing how the former actually feels and is just waiting for the confession that he can answer.
The art is still wonderful (and the illustrator admitting that she has researched different style of bows and that each member have their own version that she was unable to put in the book which is awesome) and the characters are still lovable. The ending is bittersweet though but I understand and I'm happy with it. Our main characters may have had character developments but it didn't mean they threw away everything that made them well, themselves. Their decisions in the end is in character and it's sweet how they both didn't chain each with other with promises yet held themselves onto an unspoken promise of their own.
I definitely look forward to seeing them again in book 4 and watching as they achieve their dreams and still have a happy ever after.
