This is a structured book that starts with laying down its foundation before pressing on to the 10-step formula. Looking back at the book, it has gone through the same procedure as the formula, which worked out very well.

The habit problem that society is currently faced with is tackled from a new perspective, where the focus is on the individual and that every reader is unique in its way. It agrees that not all standard techniques are working and a more personal approach is required. Therefore, the book is highly interactive and helps you through the 10-step procedure very carefully and thoroughly. Due to this, I have even been able to identify why my lately adopted habits are still present and are thriving. Thus, next time I want to acquire a specific habit, or I want to find which habit suits me, I will start the 10-step formula to aid me in the voyage.

Next to that, the techniques that are discussed are acquired through literature research or by personal experience. One could argue that personal experiences should not be part of a book by such a young writer, however, the author clearly argues and reason in an academical manner why to included it anyways and I concur.

A final remark, as with every self-help book, you got to do it yourself. So, start small, get the book and start reading!
