Emma Alisyn

Emma is a Black/white Muslim American mom of five, ages 6-22, in her mid-forties just trying to live her best life…which usually includes coffee, wine, and an unfortunate habit of one-clicking any pretty special edition that winds up in her feed. (If you DM it, she will come.)

She likes K-pop (#army, #moa) cultivation dramas (Till the End of the Moon,) precioussss silence, and collects more makeup than she uses.

She bends knee to Michelle Sagara West, Anne Bishop, N.K. Jemisin, Grace Draven, J.D. Robb, and Nalini Singh—a nod to Sanderson, Goodkind, Eddings, McCaffrey, and McKinley.

If you are looking for romantic epic fantasy set in complex, diverse, sex positive worlds with morally gray societies, powerful anti-heroes with THAD energy, multi-racial heroines at least 35—if not 350—coming into power, and a central theme of family, both dysfunctional and supportive, then you will binge her stories..

💖💖Another wonderful addition to the series 💖💖
I swear each book just gets better!
Rhina is perfect for Geza - if ever a woman could reign him- in yet let him fly - she is it
The perfect balance of poise - royalty - stealth - and beauty - Geza's equal in all ways and do these two 🔥 burn up the pages
There are so many little shocks and surprises in this one - will keep you engaged and on the edge from beginning to end
and NO I am not spilling - wait and see
I will say this- set aside time so you can read this one uninterrupted
Intense - emotional - funny - everything -I love about Alisyn's work
Stone Prince is currently available on Kindle Unlimited (YEAH)

This isn’t finished, is it? I mean the other books end weirdly to sort of a cliffhanger but not but both couples are solid in their relationship. They have confessed their life be for each other and been there for each other in bad times as well as cementing their relationships in the gargoyle community. This books characters have done none of that, yes she’s now his consort but there was no confession of love or caring, no ah ha moment for either of them realising how they feel for one another and no real unity in the relationship. The relationship part of this book was totally looked over there was no real attention paid to it all, the only thing I can think that would make sense is if there’s a second part to their story where their joint rule, positioning in the gargoyle & fae world and their relationship is established. To me this ending disappointed me I’m just hoping that the author rectifies these missing parts by doing a second part to their story whether it’s a full book or novella it just needs to be sorted out before we move to another couple. Other than the above issues the book is good, there’s action, surprises and introductions to new faces. I would love to see kauser get a book in the future as well as seeing the fae court, maybe rhina’s uncle needs someone although fae don’t have the same mating relationships he seems fun. Definitely want to see what rhina’s father and the fae court are like, hopefully we not be left unsatisfied in the next book. I think these series is worth reading and I hope this review helped you in some way. Enjoy reading

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Stone Prince is Book 3 in the Gargoyle Shifter series by Emma Alisyn. This storyline is tremendously entertaining. Emma Alisyn has a knack for making you feel like the proverbial fly on the wall taking it all in. Geza and Moghenna have a chemistry that is off the charts. Not just sexual chemistry, but the characters play off one another in an ongoing banter that will have you rolling your eyes, laughing out loud and flipping pages like a maniac to see what happens next. There is enough information to read this and not be lost, but I highly recommend reading the books in series order to get the best reading experience. (Truly worth it!) I enjoyed this book so much I went back to book one and read them all in order. There is some heat, so I would say it's a mature readers only read. Emma Alisyn continues to deliver complex emotions in a seemingly bright and promising world of danger, passion, intrigue and the bonds of love and family.

This is an honest and voluntary review of an advance reader copy.

Prince Geza Ioveanu has decided to take his half-sister's advice and use his match-making skills to find a wife. He wants a partner not a society bride. He decides to look at women warriors. There is always intrigue at court and who would be better suit to survive than a woman that has a warriors skills.
The Morgren family has tried to assasinate Geza once, and some of the family is imprisoned in the dungeon.
There is an assassin in disguise in the castle. She is working to get closer to Geza and finish the job.
Rhina Morgren has been told that Price Geza is responsible for her mother's death. She hates him.

Things are not always what they seem. The Prince and Rhina have many more facets than what they show. Can these two learn to love and trust?

This was a very good book that kept my interest. The twists and turns and the many schemes keep this book compelling. I can't wait for more!

Don't start reading this unless you've got a chunk of time to devour it! I stayed up way too late reading it because I just couldn't stop.
This is the third book of this series, and while it builds on the storyline from the previous books, it explains enough that you could start here. It continues the story but by no means finishes it. You get a happy for now ending for Geza and Rhina, but are left with many questions that will need another book to finish.
I loved seeing a different side to Geza than was presented in previous books. It made him all the more real and likable. I also liked that Rhina wasn't just a blind follower to her orders. Having the need to question some things made her decisions later in the book make sense. The two together we're quite entertaining. I can't wait to find out more that happens with all the characters in the series!
I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

This was quite a different read than what I have come to expect from Ms. Alisyn. The reason I say this is that I normally expect a great and engaging read from her but I haven't really expected anything with this amount of intrigue. It was comical what the characters thought they could get away with even though the other main lead basically knew what was going to happen.
I loved Rhina and Geza. Rhina was a strong female who knew what her worth was to her supposed family and didn't try to get any higher. Geza knew what Rhinas worth was from her mom and wanted even more for her. So when these two have to be locked in combat they both are trying to show what the other means to them. Even when it means you want the other dead.
I loved this book. I have read many Emma Alisyn originals and I have to say that this couple is my favorite by far of any of the other couples.
I would highly recommend this story to anyone who loves romance, suspense, or intrigue while they read.

I've been waiting to see what Prince Geza's fate was going to be from the time he first appeared in his brother's book. He's matured a great deal since we first saw him but he's also faced challenges that would break lesser males. This time he has to locate a missing Mogren assassin, find and wed his perfect princess, and do this all while keeping his family safe. Moghrenna (Rhina) isn't at all who or what she appears to be. And while that's a complication and a half, it might just be the solution they all need. I loved seeing Surrah and Malin again, as well as Bea and Niko. And I adored watching Geza get exactly what he deserved: a mate strong enough to stand up to his enemies, and him.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book.

First, let me say that I received an advance copy of this book to leave a review. Second, I only leave a truthful review of my reading.

Holy shiznet! !! This story was awesome. This is my first time reading from this group of stories. This is the 3rd book in this series, & there are 2 books before it; Stone Lover & Stone Guard. You don't have to read these first to know what's going on, as they are all stand-alones.

Rhina is one tough cookie, & she's an assassin. And Geza, OMG what can I say, he's hot, funny, & so alpha, plus he's a prince. This story has it all; gargoyles, humans, & fae, and then there's assassination attempts, good guys & bad guys (girls too), lies & intrigue. I totally recommend this read 5 Thumbs up. Now I gotta read the first 2 books. :)

Rhina (Moghrenna) knew Geza when she was a child but was told he was responsible for her mother's death. She hates him more than most in her family. Geza is trying to get his match making hobby into a business of sorts, but he is also aware that it is time he find his own bride as well.

I have been waiting to see who Prince Geza would be paired up and I loved her! Geza has grown quite a bit since the first book. I loved Rhina and her though processes. She is very loyal, but not necessarily blindly loyal. I really need to get used to these endings! I yelled at my kindle again when it stopped where it did. Can't wait to see what comes next. I want to know more about Rhina's cousin Tyra and hope that one day Kausar will get a book also. Would love to know more about him.

I voluntarily received an ARC copy of this book for review, so here it is. I really didn't think the series could get any better than it was until this last book, and all I have to say is WOW. Geza and Rhina are a force to be reckoned with in this final, or is it, book. I love HEA, and truly hate being left with a cliffhanger so to speak at the end, and really would like more on this story with the two of these characters. I feel they are the heart and soul at this point of the series. I am just speechless, and that is hard for me, because I just love to chat up a storm. I do not wish to give a spoiler so I will just say, it is full of passion, intrigue and couldn't put the book down until the end. Grab a copy and start reading.

I love the gargoyle intrigue at court
Prince Geza Ioveanu had decided to look for a bride but not a courtiers society daughter. He needed someone who could handle herself in a fight. Understand court politics and who wouldn't bore or embarrass him. A tall order. Oh yes and be of gargoyle blood.
Rhine was in deep cover and wasn't the frail human she looked right now for this mission for her family. They were the enemy of the Ioveanu.
Lots of great action on this and I lived the twist and turns in the story. The characters he great and pull you into the story. I couldn't put it down and hope there are more stories planed.
Don't miss it.
Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

Stone Prince is the third book in the Stone Warriors series. The book can be read as a standalone but the story makes more sense if you have read the previous books first. There is violence and the sex is hot and steamy so definitely 18+.

The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat all of that info here. The author did a great job of giving readers an overview of what this story and series is about. People are not always who they appear to be and circumstances come to light that change things. I really enjoyed Stone Prince and the main characters. I look forward to reading more of the series once they are published.

I do not normally read fantasy/sci-fi romance. To be honest, I'm just not a fan of that genre. There are only two or three authors of that genre that I like. Emma Alisyn is one of those authors. Her books are a terrific. She has a way of creating storylines that just pull me in. This book was no exception. I loved the story of Rhina and Prince Geza! They were great together and I enjoyed their interactions with each other. I could not put this one down.

Rhina is Dark Horse for the Mogren family. Her assignment will likely lead to her death if she is successful. Geza is a Prince of the Ioveanu family. He will become aware of the fact that the employee he is working with is more than human, but is determined to make her his wife. Wow, great, great, great book. Fasscinating, sexy characters and a plot that has action, betrayal and lots of interesting and some surprising twists. I loved this book!

I am voluntarily leaving an honest and non-incentivized review of this ARC.

Ecclectic

This book and series has intrigue, sexy males, mystery, strong females and interspersed laugh out loud humor. The Prince, insouciance used as a mask, is again the target for assassination. The killer is set on her target with a personal vengeance. But all is not as it appears.
It was a treat to read and I did laugh out loud at some of the zingers and one liners. I thoroughly enjoyed Geza’s development as the partying prince. It was eye opening to find the facets to his personal development as well as Rhina’s. Skillfully crafted with a natural flow. Kudos.

So fearful characcters

Great characters and a truly entertaining plot. I especially enjoyed Rhina. Trained as an assassin by her family she has been taught to hate the ruling family. In a.Great example of nurture, she has been told the ruling family caused the death of her mother and she becomes the perfect weapon. It shows the depth of his feelings that the vicious make gargoyle does not kill her.

Each time I think I read the best, another by this writer comes out. It was so very easy to just sit and read and read and slip effortless into this storyline as well as the time warp that takes place once you get hooked in as a reader. These great characters have you pondering their entire future, including their children as well as generations after that. I never thought I would be so absorbed into the life and times of gargoyles, but this author has easily made me a fan!

First book that I read in this series and it piqued my appetite for more. Liked Rhina, an intense character strong, smart and deadly and Prince Geza had a stimulating personality full of surprises. With a plot development full of action, intrigue, explosive characters, suspense, and mystery the story caught my attention until the end. It goes without saying that I’ll look for Surah and Malin and Bea and Nikolau's story next.

Hidden Enemy

The only reason I don't give this book 5 stars is that I wanted to know more about Rihanna's father and I was left hanging in that aspect. Giza is still a riot and Rihanna's got his number she will understand him better than anyone who's known him all of his life. He has hidden depths that family and friends don't look Beyond but because she has a hidden agenda she has to taken care to learn of his irritating personality and to look beyond his public face.

I've been waiting to see if Geza would get the kind of female he needed to keep him in check. Rhina doesn't disappoint, she's a trained assassin after all. The interaction between them kept me grinning throughout the story and her humanity comes through. All the books in this series have been fun to read and I hope there is more to come.

I loved this series so far...
This book focuses on an assassination plot by the Mogrens, Prince Geza's activities at matchmaking and finding his own mate, and Rhina's role in said plot along with revealing her true heritage.

Emma writes books with strong men and stronger women, Surah, Bea and Rhina have their own strengths that there men can't control and I find them to be a delightful journey
