I did this book as part of a book club from 2024 into early 2025.

I was a HUGE fan of Allen Berger's book on Emotional Sobriety. I studied it for a year and it was a life changer.

This book was all right, some good insights and of course, always better in a group bc of the different thoughts and perspectives that others offer.

I was disappointed to find that a decent portion of one chapter is a repeat from the Emotional Sobriety book (I'm not sure which came first).. to repeat verbatim isn't cool.

Overall a decent read but if you are choosing one or the other, get Emotional Sobriety!
