I loved the original DARE book, and after reading that, it was so helpful to have this workbook to go through to continue to learn about this topic & how the methods can be applied to my specific difficulties. I will reference my completed workbook often when anxiety flares up in the future.

I would recommend the original Dare book more but this is a nice addition, mostly to refresh your mind and go over everything again but in a more chill way. Do keep in mind that this book is definitely marketed to Neurotypical, ablebodied people.... so if like me you're autistic and(or) disabled some things might not work for you or be possible for you...which could've (should've) definitely been mentioned at the very least if you ask me.
But still a really good book and I'd recommend this method to EVERYONE with anxiety

I’ve been struck with severe anxiety recently and while I have been only using this method for a few days, it does seem to help hold off the panic attacks
