Wow this series keeps getting better and better but it still has me hooked!!
Possible Spoilers......
A war is coming and you have to be on the right side! Dragons, wolf shifters, vampires and demons are real but now something new has been added to the mix.
Ghost is trying to survive but it's been a long hard battle until Ace arrives in forest and needs help.
Ace, Alpha and X have found another bunker where the government/military has been running experiments and it didn't nicely for the people that where there.
Alpha's uncle Major General Newman Slater is reaking havoc and needs to be stopped before things go too far or gets out of control.....

Omg this book is brillant
Wow wow wow amazing story.
Where shall I start Ace is strong powerful badass he will do anything go to any lengths to protect the one's he loves. He is wounded from a previous mission but when Alpha wants to go after his uncle Ace is right by his side. It just Ace ,Alpha and X on this mission all hell breaks loose Ace is injured alone and wants to find Alpha . Ghost rescue Ace she protects him stay by his side until he is ready to kick ass again. Ghost is a shifter a powerful bear shifter she shows no mercy . When it comes to protecting the one she loves she is feral and wild so god help any man or woman that comes near Ace or tries to harm him. Ghost and Ace have so much in common both has childhood horror both has demons to fight, but together they can overcome their past and face the future together as one. Her love for Ace is animalistic and wild . His love for her runs deep to his soul they both will die to protect each other a match made in heaven.
I loved reading this book so much going on from the start to the finish. Kim has written a masterpiece again can not wait for Commander to be release.
Please read this book you will not be able to put it down untill you have finished. Happy reading.

Whoa now that's one crazy, scary, intense mind boggler of a story! It's so good.
Gives you a whole new perspective on what you might think our military would do if supernaturals were real.
Ace and Ghost's story is unique and invigorating.
It's about military friends and their bonds.

Powerful
Ace is one determined man. Ghost is a league of her own. One stand off leads to another. To find the truth and help the guardian's. "I licked it so it's mine!" My favorite line. Can't wait till the next one comes out.

I licked it, so it’s mine. 5 BLEEDING HEARTS
a will to touch, to hold—to consume…and to protect. For those I love, I’ve done terrible things. For those we love, we sacrifice. This was what a team was, where one went the other followed. No matter the threat—no matter the cost. For those I loved, I would do terrible things. WHOA... So..ummm ya.. that happened. Boy did it ever!! I am completely blown away by this series, and this one is no different! I'm not going to say much about the story, because as you know already, any and every little bit is important, and I don't want to spoil any of it for you! I have to say that for some reason, the 2 books that aren't about the Dragons are the ones that affected me the most! Don't get me wrong, EVERY SINGLE BOOK has affected me deeply and in ways I can't always explain or define, but Alpha & X and now Ace & Ghost have taken all of that and gone even further, touching & affecting me even deeper, breaking my heart and starting to put it back together again, right along with them! Ghost is unlike any character I have ever had the pleasure of knowing & becoming! She very quickly became my favorite character - SORRY X & Gunny! She is this enigma, almost abstract, throughout the first part of the book, and while I might have taken a little longer to grasp all that she is than I should have, it sure as heck didn't diminish my feelings for her! Wanting to wrap her up in a HUGE hug and cuddle her until all of the bad "stuff" was squeezed out was my first thought, my first reaction to her, NEVER did I expect to love her, truly, deeply L-O-V-E her, but I did! As for Ace, well he is also one of my favorites! I seem to gravitate towards the most broken, because Ace also broke my heart with his past! But how that shaped him, defined him as an adult, the love & protection he has for his Brothers is unlike anything else! The power of the emotion is truly indescribable!! I bawled more than a couple of times, even ugly bawled a couple of times too! But again, I wouldn't change that for anything! It just proves how fantastic the story is, how well written, how real the characters are, just how breathtakingly spectacular the story overall, as a whole it is!! Kim's vivid, enhanced, enriched & lushly detailed, descriptive storytelling, transports me straight into the story, connecting me to her characters, drawing me in so deep that I AM the characters, feeling for and with them, so overcome with emotions, gutting me every time, to the point that I can't tell my emotions from theirs!! I would NOT change that for ANYTHING! In fact, by the time I have finished the book and my review, I am begging for more! Kim is an unparalleled, phenomenally talented author with a genuine gift for creating the darkly beautiful characters I love to become & their stories I cannot EVER get enough of!! I am wholly, utterly and COMPLETELY consumed - mind, body, heart, soul & Spirit! Spirit will save you. Spirit will heal.

Not too sure how I felt about this book. I didn't read the others in the series and was introduced to this book through a blurb at the end of another story I had just finished. The idea of it intrigued me, very few supernatural/shifter stories I've read have included berserkers, but I assumed that it could be read as a stand alone due to the fact that each story involves different couples. While it is technically true that it could be read alone, the plot was very confusing to me because the villain, the mission, and the other team members and characters were all unknown to me and unexplained, having been introduced in previous books. I also found myself skipping through a lot of the technical info of the ops to get to the parts featuring Ghost (it is dual point of view alternating between the hero and heroine) because I didn't understand the operations and the motivation behind them.
Ghost is the last of her kind, her family and other people were killed when she was young by the villain. Ever since she has been hiding, fearing and hating humans and living wild. When she meets Ace he is injured in the woods. She runs but doesn't forget him. Later she again finds him injured after a failed operation by his team. This time, Ghost rescues Ace and takes him to her home to heal and protect him. Their relationship was a little strange. They seemed to communicate as though they were foreigners speaking different languages to each other, which as Ghost has grown up and lived alone for so long, I guess they essential were. Despite this they still are able to develop a type of relationship.
This book left me feeling slightly confused and just not sure how if I really enjoyed it or not. Again, I believe this is because I didn't read the entire series and just jumped in with book eight, clearly missing important plot and character introductions. This series seems to create a new and interesting world of shifters that I hope to read from the beginning at some point.

This series just gets better and better with every book. Though I had not expected books of the other characters like Ace, just the guardians I am so happy that they get their own books to follow the characters through this war. I'm just so flabbergasted as the book moves on with all the twists and turns, betrayals and lengths they go to keep others alive. To save the unwanted and weak.

Another awesome read by this talented author. A unique and intriguing read, that’s filled with action, betrayal, and twists. The storyline is intense and has very detailed writing and visualisations for the reader, which Kim manages to capture perfectly. I love Ace and Ghost, and I love their chemistry and the connection they share. This author has such a creative imagination and manages to draw the reader in, into the the world she has created. Another exciting and enjoyable read. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Totally 5 Stars Series
Wow! This book was as exciting, full of action, and just as fantastic as her previous books in the series? The characters are just as interesting, awesome, and the love scenes are hot but doesn't take over the story. A very highly recommend series and keep them coming.

Wow intense
Not the story I was expecting. Ace and Ghost is an exciting, intense, emotional rollercoaster of a story. I found myself holding my breath not knowing what to expect next. Two damaged spirits coming together with a force their enemy will never see coming. I didn't think this series could get any better.

I have been following this series since the beginning, with Taurus, and never been disappointed! Just when i think Kim couldn't possibly have anything else to add to this ongoing saga, she proves me wrong. The zodiac dragons books are always intense and full of adventure. Ace and Ghost's story is no different. Its amazing how she can make two of the least likely characters form a bond connection. This story had so many unexpected twist and turns and i loved every one of them. I also love how her stories show how strongly the characters care about and are willing to die protecting one another. Being born under the sign of Pisces, i am extremely impatiently waiting to read his story!

Wow this series is so intense, an emotional rollercoaster, and downright frightening. This book will have you biting your nails and sitting at the edge of your seat. Loved it. Highly recommend. Can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Ace is the 8th book in The Zodiac Dragon Guardians and another fast paced, action packed read with a lot of elements I enjoy in a good book.
I enjoyed Holden "Ace" Lee, Ex-Marine/Sniper and Ghost, Berserker/Bear Shifter and survivor story from the moment they basically stumbled onto each and the roller coaster ride the Author takes us on as they protect each other and work together to survive and having the same agenda in Helping Alpha locate his uncle, Major General Newman Slater who has painted a target on Aces entire team and the Senator. Loved the the unique storyline and hated that story ended so soon.
Another great addition to the series and recommend reading them in order to better understand how everyone fits into the story.
