Well written with believable characters. Even the main character isn't bigger than life, he's just a prepper who feels the need to help his son save his mother, the main character's ex. My only problem with the book is the editing, there were numerous punctuation errors, sentence structure mistakes, and, once, even a gender changed. Don't they realize that these errors detract from the book, at least for some readers.

Another good story of EMP survival!
I liked the story and it was refreshing not to have cuss words and blood and Gore like so many authors put in their stories. It teaches us that families come first. You don't need to have all the fancy weapons.

Good book
Read all of the books in to really enjoy. Characters are realistic and get better and better. Storyline continues to grow and develop.

Great sequel
A fine follow up, leaving the reader begging for more. The maintaining of the original characters, and addition of the new flower well. Looking for #3!

October 25, 2017Here we meet real people. No one has all the answers or super prowess in how to shoot a bad guy or how to rescue people. Very well-written and engrossing story. I'm looking forward to the next one.
