Wicked Rising
Garlan has finally finished his trials in The Land of Dragons and is on his way home. But, there are rumblings in the land of Wyndweir and it appears that evil is rising again in the Eastern Desert, after four hundred years of peace and tranquility. One thing he keeps hearing is that he will be one of the most powerful wizards of all time and will be a great leader of the forces against this evil. He isn't so sure he's the one they are talking about and wishes they would just stop.
War does come and as with any armed conflict, lives are lost and prices are paid that seem too high. Garlan finds his love, but events conspire to keep them apart and it's all he can do to keep his mind straight when evil stretches out its wicked hand and shatters his world right in front of his eyes.

Good one!
Different spin on the magics and animals I got my dragon fix in and some good fight scenes. Not too long and left me wanting to read the next book in the series when ever it gets done. Thanks
