This book is an eye opener to understand how people feel when they are having a panic attack. Being able to understand how someone feels is extremely important and it allows loved ones to be able to help. There are step by steps, real like examples, and practical ways to help overcome anxiety and panic attacks. I liked how the author repeatedly encouraged progress. It does not matter how fast you achieve the end goal. The end goal of living a life without anxiety and panic attacks is still the goal. If you need to take baby steps you are still making forward progress and it should be recognized.
