Great resource covering almost all you need on the topic. And it is free.

It is fantastic to see these guys publishing such a great standard text book and giving it for free. Not because it is free, this book genuinely covers all the related topics at length. Kudos guys.

Even with a pdf/kindle edition, there were too many errors.
Better than the print edition, but confusing when trying
to use both.
