How to Start, Run & Grow a Successful Restaurant BusinessA Lean Startup GuideLet’s start your restaurant legacy right now, right here!

National chains and single independent restaurants all started with an individual and an idea. A concept. A dream.

Small ideas can grow into big business. Who would have thought that a guy with a milkshake machine could start a hamburger empire? A pizza made in a garage would start today’s pizza wars? A guy with a pressure-cooker would start a fried chicken phenomena?

Business ownership has always been part of the all-American dream. Restaurants are the largest entrepreneurial opportunity in America for starting the dream.

According to Restaraut.org, the industry stands as

$799 Restaurant industry sales.1 Restaurant locations in the United States.14.7 Restaurant industry employees.1.6 New restaurant jobs created by the year 2027.10%: Restaurant workforce as part of the overall U.S. workforce.9 in 10: Restaurant managers who started at entry level.8 in 10: Restaurant owners who started their industry careers in entry-level positions.9 in 10: Restaurants with fewer than 50 employees.7 in 10: Restaurants that are single-unit operations.

In this book, you will realize why your concept and theme are critical. Factors to include in a business plan. How to start your restaurant, how to grow and how to be successful. It is a detail guide that will guide you through the process.

The typos, grammar, misspellings and general bad writing could be overlooked if this book contained concrete content or advice, but it does not. This *might* be considered a primer to the restaurant industry for someone completely uninitiated, but it most certainly will not help you start, run or grow a restaurant, much less a successful one. Most sections read like the first free result in a Google search.

When you are owning a restaurant, it is really important to pay attention to different small details and that is why restaurant covers are playing an important role. So, https://shopdaddy-studio.com/collecti... is the right solution. Menu covers are made with a waterproof fabric and have a design that perfectly fit restaurant tables. The covers are easy to clean with a simple wipe down and allows you to put your personal touch on the table's appearance.

Not what I was hoping for. This was more of a broad stroke around types of restaurants and some basics around starting up a restaurant. Nothing around running or growing. The content does not match the book's title. Most of the information was Captain Obvious. And the tone and message was rather pessimistic. If you are contemplating starting a food place, don't waste your time here. If you want some surface material, might be ok.

Probably not enough details here to actually guide you through starting a restaurant, but it was a good overview to help me understand it for a client project. Really should have had a copy editor to rein in this guy’s use of sentence fragments, but it’s still one of the most informative books I’ve read for Kindle Unlimited so far.

This book didn’t give any advice on starting a restaurant. It just basically spoke about the different types of restaurants available, for example “McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant because they prepare food quickly for people in a hurry”. The book title and cover look superb but the content was 👎🏾

This book was a waste of time and money!

I knew it was a snake when I picked it up. Pretty weak sauce click bait title for people looking to dip a toe into investigating a restaurant business. I started this because my sister started a Great Harvest Bread franchise in Orlando and I wanted to understand their situation a little better.

One of the most poorly written books I have ever read. If you are thinking of opening your own restaurant, do not start here,

It’s Alright

Alright but filled with anecdotal stuff, a bit out of date at this point, and very much focused towards either higher end or franchise.
