The content does not match the book's title. Most of the information was Captain Obvious. And the tone and message was rather pessimistic. Probably not enough details here to actually guide you through starting a restaurant, but it was a good overview to help me understand it for a client project. Really should have had a copy editor to rein in this guy’s use of sentence fragments, but it’s still one of the most informative books I’ve read for Kindle Unlimited so far.
This book didn’t give any advice on starting a restaurant. It just basically spoke about the different types of restaurants available, for example “McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant because they prepare food quickly for people in a hurry”.
