Screw Camp David.
The first Post-Trump President is a sex addict who hangs in Vegas …
and keeps misplacing the nuclear codes.

In this hilarious, fast paced novel, the first post-Trump President ‘decompresses’ by picking up women in his time off. Which is complicated when the nuclear Gold Codes go missing, and a bad actor is about to infiltrate POTUS’s inner circle.

The CIA calls in Charley, a charismatic transman spy, to use his intuitive skills to vet everyone around POTUS, including his harem. Simultaneously, Charley’s charismatic ex-lover suddenly appears and becomes a key suspect.

Meanwhile, Charley is trying to marry his fiancée- on one of her few weekends off from CIA training camp, 2,000 miles away. When POTUS finds out that Charley’s fiancée is Electra, the world-famous dominatrix known as ‘The Society Dom’, he yanks her out of training so he can have sessions with her in Vegas.

Does Charley seriously have to surrender his fiancée to POTUS as he struggles to find the infiltrator?

Although this is the third novel in this series, it can be read very well in its own right. So firstly POTUS is in fact short for President of the United States and this story revolves round the more personal side of the president’s life, not the running the country bit. It is one big mickey take of the behind the scenes look at the big fellow, his whims and demands that he expects to be met at the snap of his fingers because of who he is.

Now the president has a bit of an addiction that involves sleeping with the entire population it seems, as one woman alone doesn’t seem to satisfy his needs. This is a nightmare for his security team, especially Charlie who is supposed to vet each one but he really feels he has better things to do. The president insists on keeping the credit card sized sensitive information of launch codes for nuclear bombs with him. Well not all the time as he does tend to misplace it…….. a lot! Until one day it can not be found and all hell breaks loose.

Charlie is trying to sort out his own life, with wedding plans to marry Electra, an ex dominatrix that was very well-known in high society as ‘The Society Dom’ but now training to be part of the C.I.A. You can imagine what happens when the President finds out. How far will Charlie go to meet the Presidents demands?

The first half of the book builds up the characters before the story real takes off in the second half. It is quite slap stick funny but very entertaining with its quick pace and change of characters. The President is just one big sleaze ball that was use to getting his own way as a wealthy man and now throughly abusing his power in the position he has, shudder, skin crawl moment.

The two authors have worked well on this book as it is impossible to tell where one ends and the other begins. It makes for a light-hearted read, a book to relax with and just go with the humour. Very funny at times and I just had a vision of what this character would look like, I just couldn’t help it. I am sure near on everyone will have the same image too.

Transformed: POTUS is the third entry in Suzanne Falter & Jack Harvey's series of quirky romantic thrillers featuring Charley and Electra. Following the events of their Paris outing, the CIA has promoted Charley to the President's Secret Service detail, while they have enrolled Electra in an intensive CIA training camp.

Part of what I love about this series is how flawed the characters are. Charley is one of the most charismatic and engaging transmen I have ever encountered in fiction, but his polyamorous heart continues to challenge his relationship with Electra, and it is becoming increasingly clear that he is not very good at the day-to-day aspect of his job.

As for Electra, she is a complex woman, an ex-wife and an ex-dominatrix. She never expected to fall in love with someone like Charley, and certainly never expected that her refusal to shy away from danger would see her in CIA training. She has her own challenges with intimacy and commitment, but she has the personality and sense of personal responsibility that could, ironically, make her a better CIA agent than Charley.

It would be easy to use this story as a political commentary on the current POTUS, but Falter & Harvey limit themselves to one offhand remark about how his presidency made it possible for a single rich kid with no political experience to buy himself the job. The first half of the story is largely concerned with him using Charley to arrange blind dates, but just when that is starting to become a bit tedious, two critical events take place - he loses the country's nuclear codes, and he becomes enamored of Charley's dominatrix fiancee.

From there, the slow-burning thriller kicks into high gear, mixing action and farce in equal measure. After a bit of a sombre second book, Transformed: POTUS is something of a return to form, a story that stands tall alongside the original San Francisco adventure.

Transformed - POTUS by Suzanne Falter & Jack Harvey (New Heights Publishing)

I did not think I would enjoy this book. I got it into my head – without any evidence to the fact – that it would not be my kind of read. I could not imagine why I had agreed to review. But thank God I did agree - to review that is - because I was wrong on all counts. The book is a polished gem. It’s smooth, it’s sleek, it’s easy to read without being trite or simplistic and it’s also extremely funny, with a little suspense thrown in as well.
POTUS, the President of the United States – not the present incumbent, I hasten to add – is a lackadaisical, absent minded, woolly headed sleaze ball who has little interest in anything other than screwing as many women as his entourage can procure for his service, all of whom – the women that is – have to be security vetted. This in itself causes chaos enough but in the course of one particularly steamy encounter the President manages to lose, misplace or have stolen from the back pocket of his pants, the holiest of all the holy grails of his office, to wit a credit card like piece of plastic on which are engraved the nuclear codes.
The storm – one might almost call it a holocaust – that follows the discovery of this loss had me perched on the edge of my seat in suspense in one minute and falling from it in laughter the next. From start to end the book is truly a romp and the end itself which, alas, comes all too soon, is simply superb. For in the end all get what they wholly deserve.
Transformed – POTUS by Suzanne Falter & Jack Harvey (New Heights Publishing). Republicans, Democrats, Liberals, Conservatives and those without political alignment, I thoroughly recommend it to all.

Transformed POTUS by Suzanne Falter
Charley is getting married to Electra and he can't believe he is so lucky to have found her.
They are in Las Vegas and he works as a protector for the President.
She is a new agent and knows how to drive the car defensively. She works at the farm in VA so it's a bit difficult for them to get together.
President is just a kid and lives with his mother at the White House. The biscuit is crucial. It holds codes that deal with nuclear things.
Charley has to also find girls for the president after they are interrogated...
Story is also following Electra as she gambles and wins big...
Lots of secrets and they come at you from all angles as people know one another from their previous lifes. Everything and ten some of things you can just about imagine: mafia, drugs, prostitutes, trans gender relations, homosexual relations...It's all so believable also.
Received this review copy from the author and this is my honest review.

Received free for a review. This is the third Transformed book I have read. I think they get better each time. I have said before I didn't think a book with a transgender character would be a book I'd be interested in. However, I don't even think about the characters sexual identity. The stories are great and just happen to have a transgender character. It's not an issue.
I didn't like the presidents character, but that's the point he's not a nice man. I did like the sub stories. Each character had something of interest about them that fit in with the overall plot. I look forward to the next Transformed book!

I have received this for a fair review. I have read another book in the series before, hence I am back for more. POTUS is a cringey story, not because it is bad, but because I did not think that there can be a president worse than the current POTUS!?

Poor Charley has to be the man who babysits a troublesome, juvenile POTUS who won the election because of some tech startup. Not only that, this new post- trump president messed up big time. In Transformed, the focus is not only on the thrilling story, but the romantic background story between Charley and his partner Electra.

It is probably better if you read the previous books before starting this one, although it is not essential. The story moves at a fast pace, and you will be looking and moving forward like the characters. Transformed: POTUS is a unique blend of people and situations, though I hope this will never come into fruition.

But who knows, this book might be predicting our future @_@

This was a hilarious and painfully true looked at the current political climate in the United States. The story illustrates a world where the first president after Trump is a man-child that cares more for sleeping around then with handling the problems of the country. Because of his political standing and behavior, he is faced with countless death threats. His team of security has to work overtime to keep him safe. Charley is unable to lead a normal life because all his time is devoted to the whims of the president, or Potus as he is called. The book immediately builds the intrigue and suspense as we see the danger the Potus lives in, a plot to infiltrate his inner circle, and the struggle of Charley trying to marry his fiance. This book is fast past and full of humor. This book is the third in the series following Charley and his fiance Electra. I did not feel lost reading it outside of the series but I enjoyed reading it so much I want to go back and read the first two to get more of their story. I would definitely recommend this book to those that enjoy quirky humor, comical politics, and some fun romance.

Charley couldn't wait to begin his new job. He'd be guarding the forty-sixth president. The job should be exciting and filled with travel, right? Once Charley is in this new position, he learns more than he wanted to know about the forty-sixth president. The upside of the job is that he'll able to finally marry Electra, his girlfriend. If only things go as smoothly as he imagines, life will be fantastic.

Well written and with characters we see in the news daily, this book is a great read. The author takes us on one adventure after another. I found it funny and unusual. Ms. Falter keeps you just off balance throughout the book so you're never completely sure what's coming next. You'll enjoy this book and want to read it more than once.

I found no issues in this one.

I gave this one 5 cheers out of 5 because it's not your typical political book. ~Copy of book provided by author and I voluntarily reviewed it.

This was a silly quirky novel. There were many unconventional characters that made the book. The writer wrote from different perspectives, which can sometimes be confusing, but it was not at all confusing here. The writing was organized, clear, and easy to follow. The pace was good.

This was the third book in this series and could definitely be read as a stand alone book, but I kept wondering if the plot was better in the first two books. I just felt like the plot was weak in this one. I am not a romance fan and before reading this book, thought the romance would turn me off, but it did not at all. It is there, but it does not weigh the story nor the characters down. There is a balance.

All in all, if you like quirky, funny characters, this is an entertaining book. If you are all about the plot, skip it.

I was provided with a copy of this book by the author in exchange for an honest review.

The President of the United States is an out-of-control sex addict. It is Charley’s job to rein him in, but that’s easier said than done. Charley is the best at what he does but he has his hands full with this grown child who has the power to get what he wants, no matter the consequences.

This was a dark comedy filled with funny situations. I liked Charley’s character and even his girlfriend Electra, but that is all. I felt the President’s character was obnoxious, and to be honest, that didn’t fit in with his public persona. I was expecting this to be a very funny read, but it fell short in that aspect.

A Presidential Romp

The new president is out of control in Vegas. Poor Charley has the unwanted job of finding suitable bed companions for him and having them vetted. An unlikely group of ladies enter the story. Each with their own problems, including Charley’s own fiancé. Throw in a touch of the mob, and it makes an unforgettably fun read.

"Transformed: POTUS" by Suzanne Falter and Jack Harvey enables the reader to laugh as well as pause to reflect on the seriousness of a president gone awry with his sexual appetite. This third in the "Transformed" series is a fun read.

Quirky? Yeah just a little. A fun read with delightful characters. I didn't think this would be my type of book but I was wrong.
