G.I Joe Vol 2 (Disavowed): Issues 39-42 (DDP). I have to give them credit, they went all out for the end of the series. Lots of totally unexpected twists and massive changes. It was a very good read. Really liked how General Rey was inserted into the team and that development. This series apparently continues under the America's Elite series that launched after it.

The first half was a lot of talking heads which made it hard to stick with it. Things start moving along more halfway through, right around when the big shocker happens and then it'a bit more enjoyable. The art is wonky in a couple places--about 16 pages in, a general looks like he's trying to walk with a load in his pants, and the fact that EVERYone has a superhero physique (including the politicians) makes it all feel a little fake. The epilogue is the best part and evokes more emotion in its six pages than most of the rest of the book.
