This book is equal parts practicality and inspiration. Beth not only dives into the nuts and bolts of how to pull reports, but she explains how to use the reports, and most importantly why to use reports. Peppered throughout this practical knowledge are the passages that inspire the reader to aspire to connection and how to build a business that embodies generosity, love, and friendship. Must read for all Young Living teams and would benefit anyone in the MLM world. Read it!

Definitely a niche audience, but that’s in no way a criticism! If you are wanting to intentionally build your Young Living business, this book is an invaluable resource. It easily and cheerfully lays out a plan for you to understand how to use the Virtual Office to view information about your members and then use that to better connect with both your customers and your business leaders. The two beauties of network marketing are the opportunities to build relationships that may not have otherwise been there and to pull in money from resources in a different way than before. Downline Whispering helps you make sure you are doing both to the best of your ability in your Young Living business by showing you how to pull reports to be able to connect as well as not leave any money on the table. And lest either sound selfish, let’s just be real for a minute. Doing either would be silly, especially since you have such a plethora of ways at your finger tips to make sure you can stay on top of everything! Snag this book, and take a minute to connect with Beth Whicker on her web site to possibly buy it in bulk for your team. You’ll want to share her tips and tricks for sure.

This is a great and very practical book on how to stalk your downline in Young Living. Lots of step by step ways to find reports in your VO and help your downline. However, there are numerous hashtags throughout the book. Now I’m a huge fan of hashtags, but found them distracting in this book as they are sprinkled all throughout the paragraphs. As I read this book, I realized that I’m already doing everything I should be doing for my team! This book is also about connecting with people on your team and how simple yet powerful it is to continue building relationships with your team! Be sure to read the afterward by her husband.

Great book for anyone wanting to have a Young Living business! It is geared mostly toward Young Living, but other reps in other network marketing companies could relate it to their business as well.

Very practical book for learning what daily tasks to do in your Young Living business. A lot of hashtags are used and this can be distracting.
