A villainous blizzard, a sadistic madman, an eager hoard of hulking heroes, and a zinging romance—each of these things threaten to destroy sensible, self-contained Lottie Clark.
A masked man has been abducting women and releasing them onto a lonely mountaintop. Defenseless and lost, they either die, or find rescue in the form of Rodney Higgins, his three cabinmates, and his big drooling dog. Rod and his friends have moved onto the mountain so that they can search for the criminal and his victims, but the four men have been finding as many dead bodies as they do live ones and can't seem to get a lead—until Lottie, bleeding and freezing and beautiful, knocks on their cabin door. Lottie has information that could finally bring about a capture. But as the allies set out to end an evil, a snowstorm complicates their quest and further isolates them from outside help. They find themselves in an ordeal that’s far more treacherous than they had anticipated or prepared for. And if they don’t guard Lottie, they will lose all.
