Nicole Zoltack is a USA Today bestselling author who loves to write romances. Of course. She did marry her first kiss, after all!
When she’s not writing about knights, superheroes, or witches, she enjoys spending time with her loving husband, three energetic young boys, and precious baby girl. She enjoys riding horses (pretending they’re unicorns, of course!) and going to the PA Renaissance Faire dressed in garb. She’ll also read anything she can get her hands on. Her current favorite TV shows are The Walking Dead and Stranger Things.
This story makes one feel like the person this is about truly experienced all the different chaos of death in this short story that a person goes through in reality. The author did a good job with having a strong supportive person as a police detective help her and let her help in areas to be useful. The police find the killer. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in law enforcement to become a cop then a detective later is her goals. Basically, she starts to feel after several years of mental uncertainty that things will get better and the light will shine.
