This book could set you free from that annoying skin condition forever!
My interest in philosophy and metaphysics was ignited at quite an early age by an intrinsic curiosity and desire to understand a world I wasn't always comfortable with, and as the years conspired to change my perception, I slowly began to accept it is perhaps a reality that none of us ultimately belong.
My first publication was: ‘The Missing Innocence,’ released by PS Avalon in 2009. It was written in response to the loss of someone close and inspired by a spiritual reflection of bereavement and the world I had grown up with as a child.
‘The Chronicles of Kismah,’ unexpectedly emerged from a period of self-analysis at the beginning of 2012. It originally began as a simple process of questions and answers during a quiet period in my life, yet without intention it unexpectedly evolved into a conversation with an unknown personality of my subconscious that discusses in detail the unusual reality beyond life.
I have often thought it is a lot to expect other people to follow and understand the mosaic pattern of my thoughts, but now and again when something emerges that I feel might be of value it becomes difficult not to share it. For those of you who choose to take the time I genuinely hope you will experience a little of the joy I have encountered in my endeavour to express them.
Honestly, I find it hard to rate this book 2 stars as I don't like to discount anyones experience. However, the way this book is written implies that the methods described will solve all of your eczema problems. I am so happy they did for Scott Humphreys, but for me I already see fault. Naturally curing your eczema will not work for everyone. It's great it did for you but, I myself have experienced worsened skin from natural products and sweat, for one, can actually be something more damaging to the skin (some people are allergic to it).
There are some areas of the book where Humphreys tries to appear knowledgeable and educated in various health sectors but, he even mentions himself that he is only reliable in that he has experienced eczema, not having referenced a great deal of resources or any kind of education on his part. This book would have been better as an article, explaining how Humphreys cleared his eczema and suggestions on how others can use his experience to help them. This synopsis is, I know, what he was aiming for. But unfortunately, the book simply serves as an affirmation of better skin for everyone, which is not necessarily going to be the case.
There are also multiple grammar and spelling mistakes which, in my opinion, adds to its unreliability. Sorry Scott, but the whole thing needs a lot of rewording if you ask me - after all, you can only advocate for your experience... not everyone's.
