After all, Simon is his brother, and he would never tell on him, right? Good story based on the Alvinnn!!! and the Chipmunks show. This is a Level Two book with longer sentences and more difficult vocabulary. It's an interesting book, a little choppy at times in its attempt to summarize an entire episode into a manageable picture book, but overall entertaining.

The only thing I really didn't like about this book was the pictures. They are taken directly from the show and a few of them are very blurry because of it. Not really a fan of that technique. It was a little difficult to figure out what was happening in some of the pictures.

Overall, good book, especially for fans of the show/characters.

Good book, and it's not necessary to have seen the show for the story to make sense.
It's got a solid conflict, problems to discuss, and a satisfactory ending for (almost) everyone.

I like the old Alvin and the chipmunks movie, I've never watched the new series that they came out with, but the book was pretty good except for when Alvin was bragging.
