I bought this book for my friends as we are starting #ProjectMexico in a new year ! I must say this cookbook or plan shall I say is brilliant for people who want to get into shape and have been struggling to find the right way to do it ! It’s got the food, the real food, so you don’t feel like you’re starving. It has the meal plan & the fitness plan and takes you step by step through your challenge but.. this book is not very vegetarian friendly i must say which is very disappointing! I’m sorry Joe. You will be a great help to my friends but not to me. I’ll stick to Tone It Up !!

No clue wether you actually lose weight with these recipes or not . Out of 100 recipes , I took out 3 that I would actually eat . I'm horrible with food though . I like my food like I like my women , I'm incredibly picky and most of the time they are damaging to my health .
However nothing seemed like it would taste good . Plus most of the meals had steak and fish , which I just don't do.
This was chilling on my kitchen window sill, had to read it ...soon to be binned as I wouldn't give this to my worst enemy .

The recipes tried were very tasty but use lots of ingredients and actually work out very expensive if you were to use all of them to follow the plan. This book is not designed for someone who is unfit as you have to be fit to start with. Also the exercises may be suitable for a man but not necessarily a woman or anyone who has any joint issues.

Dažas receptes piefiksēju, taču lielāko daļu atzinu par sev nepiemērotām. Iespējams laba grāmata iesācējam, kurš līdz šim ar fiziskajām aktivitātēm ir bijis uz ''jūs'', jo vingrošanas programmas šeit tādas pašvakas.

Good easy recipes for one, wish there was pictures of every recipe though, but they all look fairly easy to make
