La verdad esta temporada me gustó mucho más que las anteriores, la historia sigue siendo MUY fuerte. Pero, con muchos giros inesperados, hay papeles que se invirtieron y me pareció lo más justo.
Hay escenas de Sangwoo y Bum juntos que me daban algo, pero no cariño, por qué no los shippeo.
Los dos siguen estando locos, pero Bum ha evolucionado un poco, y me gustó ver eso. Como también la lisiada en esta temporada fue otra persona.
Con el final de la segunda temporada había quedado bastante en shock y sabía que en esta temporada iban a ver muchísimas de esas escenas, y si, y son fuertes y muy explícitas, a mí me incomodaba un poco ver tantas, por eso no recomiendo a menores de 18 años estos mangas.
Para finalizar, me sorprendió el final, y todo la temporada en si. Aunque si es un final algo abierto me gustó, deja al lector para que piense que es lo que pasó.
En fin, lo recomiendo por qué es una historia atrapante y la autora ha jugado muy bien con los dos protagonistas.

The thing about this fucking story is: I’d die for Sangwoo in a heart-beat. He wouldn’t only let me, but he’d also quite possibly be the one to kill me. My talent to find redeeming qualities in characters that should not be redeemed or forgiven surprises me every single time. Whelp, what can a fool do. Continuing my Sangwoo Stan Club in 2020.

So, “Killing Stalking” is a weird one for me. In other circumstances it would have been an easy 5-star read for me, but the issues in this manhwa are just far too big to be ignored.
First I’ll start with what I adored: the psychological horror and characterisation of the main characters is on. point. The pacing is great, it tells a very disturbing tale of terrifying psychological manipulation and the ending is very satisfying. Once more: in other circumstances, this would be a 5-star read for me.
But this series is riddled with glamourised abuse, thinly-veiled homophobia, and very ignorant depictions of mental illness.
Koogi goes back and forth a lot between making hard-to-watch, yet necessary, depictions of the abuse Yoonbum suffered at the hands of Sangwoo, and throwing in inconsequential sex scenes that are clearly there just for fanservice. I’m not saying all the sex (and rape) scenes are necessarily useless, some of them do help progress the story and the character arcs, but a vast majority of them really are a “isn’t Sangwoo such a handsome psychopath” fest.
It bothers me that it seems like this deranged gay “love” (can you call it love?) story is often being played up to a mostly straight-female audience, and maybe I’m too biased because of how infamous the Killing Stalking fandom has become, but it just reeked of homophobia from beginning to end.
And then, of course, we have Yoonbum’s canon borderline personality disorder, even though he displays about one symptom and a half. Are we really okay with yet another depiction of borderline people as creepy stalkers, too obsessed with someone to care for their own good?
I loved Killing Stalking as the horrifying psychological horror that is, I just wish it could have been done more tastefully.

This is a psychological horror.
The amount of times I've questioned myself for finishing this Webtoon is unknown to me. All I know
is that I felt like I had Stockholm syndrome, and witnessed more than a few graphic murders... 😬
Many people dislike Killing Stalking because of the gore and gruesome nature surrounding the main two characters, though most of the issues come from the fanbase. People ship the two main characters although the comic is meant to demonstrate why the relationship isn't healthy. The author is meaning to scare and entertain the reader through the horrifying nature of their abusive relationship.

I am going to warn you now. IT IS GRAPHIC AND NOT FOR THE SENSITIVE.
With that said I have to say the only reason it is a four star is because it made ME feel like I had Stockholm syndrome. Then the story itself had me wondering what as going to happen next. Like I said, it isn't for the weak of heart or the sensitive.

Bon comme c'est référencé super bizarrement, je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment la saison 3, mais c'est bien ce que j'ai lu, la 3e et dernière saison de Killing stalking, et c'était toujours aussi biiiien et chelou et je suis triste de cette fin mais en même temps ben ça colle bien et il aurait été difficile de finir autrement.

Esto paso de ser un manhwa de "terror psicológico" a un típico romance yaoi con sexo por doquier.
Resulta molesto porque desentona un montón, es como si le quitaran peso a la idea original. Es decir, Sangwoo sigue siendo un asesino y Bum se volvió uno también. Ya habiendo dado ese giro... cuál es el punto de retroceder y cambiar el tono de la historia.
Lo menciono ahora porque está temporada estuvo repleta de muchas escenas de sexo o relacionadas a esto en momentos que sobraban. Entiendo que el ship entre Sangwoo y Bum ha contribuido para que Killing Stalking se volviera popular pero no creo que sea necesario vomitarse la propia historia para complacer a cierto sector del fandom.
Por otro lado, fue interesante conocer la historia completa de Sangwoo, el origen del conflicto que tiene sobre su madre y ver a Bum mostrar un poco de resistencia a las malos tratos de Sangwoo. Tal vez no sea mucho lo que mostró, sin embargo, para mí que llevo esperando a que Bum mostrara una pequeña señal de cordura, si lo es.

Band 1 der Reihe fand ich spannend und auch faszinierend, allerdings war es mir viel zu brutal. Ich bin kein Fan von Psychothrillern und für mich würde diese Reihe nicht in die Kategorie Boyslove fallen, sondern eben in Horror/Psychothriller. Daher wollte ich eigentlich nicht weiterlesen.
Durch eine Freundin bekam ich die Gelegenheit Band 2 und 3 zu lesen und habe es daher dann doch getan.
Dieser dritte Band hat mir bisher am wenigsten gefallen. Der Anfang war sehr langweilig, das mir die Szenen mit der Polizei erstens zu lang gezogen wurden und zweitens die Charaktere alle sehr unangenehm waren. Nicht das Sangwoo und Bum Yoon irgendwie sympathischer wären, aber sie waren wenigstens interessant und nicht langweilig wie die Polizei.
Als es dann wieder mehr um unseren Psycho oder sollte ich sagen unsere zwei Psychos ging, wurde es wieder atmosphärisch spannend und bedrückend. Bum Yoon trifft mal wieder eine Entscheidung, die die Beziehung zwischen Täter und Opfer beeinflusst. In welche Richtung will ich aus Spoilergründen nicht verraten. Irgendwie konnte mich die Handlung dieses mal nicht so in den Bann ziehen. Es war kein Vergleich zu Band 1 und 2. Trotzdem möchte ich gern wissen wie alles endet.
Der Zeichenstil gefällt mir an sich ganz gut, allerdings muss ich sagen, dass er mir dieses Mal nicht ganz so viel Spannung und Atmosphäre vermitteln konnte. Dadurch fiel mir noch mehr auf, dass ich die Gesichter oft sehr ausdruckslos empfinde. Vor allem diese Auslassen von Augen in bestimmten Szenen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Kritik aus Band 2 an der Zensur, brauche ich hier nicht wiederholen, da es zu keinen Szenen kam, bei denen dies nötig gewesen wäre.
Alles in allem fand ich den Band eher schwach. Trotzdem hoffe ich irgendwann auch das Ende zu erfahren.

Es ist immer faszinierend, was Menschen sich so in ihrer Fantasie ausmalen. Und erschreckend zugleich.
Während man in Band 2 eine leichte Veränderung der Beziehung von Sangwoo und Bum Yoon bemerken konnte, entwickelt sich das Ganze mittlerweile immer weiter in Richtung Eskalation. Wegen seines Fluchtversuches muss Bum Yoon nun um sein Leben spielen. Dafür hat Sangwoo ihm einen Spielgefährten besorgt.
Diese Szenen sind absolut krank und man fragt sich wirklich, ob Sangwoo Bum Yoon töten wird. Die Art wie er gleichzeitig mit diesem spielt, ist absolut krank. Ich glaube, dass weder dem einen noch dem anderen eine Therapie helfen könnte. Bei den beiden scheint Hopfen und Mal verloren. Zumindest wenn man bedenkt, wozu Sangwoo den jammernden Bum Yoon bringt.
Zugleich wird eine bereits in Band 1 angedeutete Storyline weiterverfolgt. Der Alltag des Polizisten wird etwas mehr in den Vordergrund gerückt und seine Verwicklungen in den Fall. Er spioniert hinter Sangwoo hinterher und bekommt einige Sachen mit, die ihm schnell zum Verhängnis werden könnten. Doch wird er etwas gegen Sangwoo finden? So krank wie der Typ auch ist, er ist enorm schlau und weiß, wie er sich Bum Yoon gefügig machen kann. Und dieser überrascht ihn sogar.
Langsam kommt Spannung einer etwas anderen Art in die Geschichte und ich bin neugierig, wie sich das entwickelt. Wird Sangwoo wirklich auffliegen? Wie geht es mit Bum Yoon weiter?
Fragen über Fragen… und sicherlich wird demnächst irgendwann auch Band 4 bei mir einziehen. Aber erst einmal brauche ich eine Pause. Die dunklen Panels und die farblich grausigen Szenerien setzen einem nach einer Weile etwas zu und man braucht etwas Fröhlicheres. ;-)

A mi manera de ver las cosas eso que muchos interpretan como afecto en realidad es Sangwoo amando tener el control sobre sus víctimas, a veces es indiferente y cruel y otras veces le da la de ser afectuoso pero todos sabemos que eso no es genuino, lo que a él le apasiona es tener el control total de Bum y que este sea manipulable, esa vaina de que casi le da un yeyo cuando no vio a Bum "Mente de Sangwoo: pinche bumm como pudiste se supone que TU HACIAS TODO LO QUE YO QUERIA" esa fue su moridera, no porque lo quisiera ni nada de eso, es porque creyo que habia perdido a su marioneta, en fin... a mi me late que su intencion con el policia era llevarlo al armario para que viera a BUM y ZAZZZZZZZZ matarlo, ujum porque agarro el cuchillo y todo, de la que se salvo el poli y el Bum bien metido en el armario abajo del fregador, casi se enfaracha el Sangwoo.

August 18, 2021Read this a while ago but dropped it (here, I think) cause I hated both of them to the point continuing was a struggle. Though they both had childhood issues the way Sangwoo dealt with it was extreme. Yoon Bum wouldn’t have gotten into this situation if he just decided to not break into his house. Also, all the bone breaking and descriptive scenes made me cringe (but not too bad).

What a ride people! What. A. Ride.
Maybe it's that I'm still riding the high of finishing this but this was a masterpiece. Masterpiece.
I'm absolutely mind boggled by the fact that people found the ending unsatisfying or by those who were bored (!??) by the last season.
Everything about this last season and this ending were perfect.
First off, the final season spends more time delving into the psychology of the characters. I loved how the author is able to draw lovey-dovey couple scenes while charging the scene with tension, urgency and fear. The atmosphere is handled masterfully, the reader is kept on his toes in every scene involving Sangwoo and Bum, even more so when they seem to be living the perfect couple life.
So much depth is given to Sangwoo through his backstory. The story does not try to absolve him but shows how he became the killer we got to know. His backstory is utterly tragic and told so well: it grips you at your throat and terrorises you as much as it horrifies you.
The ending was perfect, pulling strings from everywhere in the story and tying them together. You can see how much planning went into this as you see small details from early in the story being brought back onto the front scene and impacting the story.
I'm very sad to see that some people giving this series one star or urging people not to read it: yes it's a fucked up story but it's a wonderfully and masterfully told fucked up story that in no way tries to redeem the horrifying acts accomplished by its characters. For me this is simply Grade A storytelling.
Lastly, I'm gonna say that in no way is this 'boys love'. This is a psychological thriller in all its terrifying and horrifying glory. A manhwa as good as books or movies.

todavía tengo lágrimas secas... es el primer manhwa que leo de este género y a pesar de que desde un principio te imaginas cuál podría ser el posible final, no quita el sentimiento agridulce y la tristeza que tengo ahora mismo.
me gustó mucho, la autora es INCREÍBLE, supo como manejar toda la historia.
también quería destacar que molesté constantemente por mensajes a una amiga que ya lo leyó hace años y ahora ya le mandé mis mensajes con emojis llorando y ambulancias sjkdsf y a pesar de que ella no tenga idea de goodreads, le dedico esta lectura.
pd.: claramente hay un antes y después respecto a la canción killing me softly cuando lees killing stalking, me voy a perturbar cada vez que la escuche de ahora en más wsjasjkj
